The bedroom was way bigger than expected, the view from the big windows was actually quite cute (a brick building and a slice of sky), there were a couple of shared toilets only a few steps away that were always clean and we never had to queue for them, the showers were nice and we also didn't have to queue, having a shared kitchen was great considering Copenhagen is an expensive city to eat out and the hotel is not that close to the main area, we were able to check-in earlier and keep our stuff in the locker after check-out on the last day. Additionally, one of us had to work from the hotel for a couple of days and there was a good office area in the room (table + chair) and high-speed internet. There isn't a reception, but they were quite responsive online, even minutes before check-in. While Copenhagen is a relatively small city and we actually walked to the city centre a couple of times (45-60 minutes), remember to take into account the cost of metro tickets, which are not the cheapest. Still, there is a metro station around 6 minutes from the hotel and the metro runs 24/7. This was a high-season last-minute trip for us, so compared to the prices we were finding it was definitely the best option for us.

The cappuccino in the (paid) coffee machine tasted sour. The cleaning team was very kind and tried to help, but I suppose it was a problem with the milk in the machine, as the americano tasted fine. Not a big deal, but this kind of small issue is naturally harder to figure out with a digital-only reception.

The accommodation fully met the description. The room was very comfortable, the shared bathroom was very clean and it was good that it was separate. The shared kitchen has everything you need to cook, everything was clean. A refrigerator, kettle, induction hob are available. Check-in/out was convenient, opening the door with a code was a great advantage. There were several shops near the accommodation where you could buy everything at surprisingly good prices (Euro365, Netto). The city centre was reachable by metro in 15 minutes.

The walls were a bit thin, but that didn't bother us at all because we were just going home to sleep after a tiring day. We slept peacefully :-))

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. The rooms were quite spacious and the beds were super comfortable. There is no reception, everything is handled online, but it works perfectly. We needed some extra pillows and after messaging online, they were delivered to our door almost immediately. The location is also great — just one metro ride to the center and the area is very quiet. Highly recommended!

- New property and Very Clean - Comfortable beds - Good Location near Metro - Easy checkin/checkout - No Front desk but staff were available on call/message 24*7 to help - Tower Fans were available in room as it doesn’t have an AC. Which made stay comfortable. - Guest Kitchen, Guest Laundry available, Hairdryer, bed linen and towels were provided.

- There was some lingering smell in the room when we entered. I did not like it but then we kept the window open for some ventilation and it was okay later.

We absolutely enjoyed our time at Sleepcph. The room was spacious with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. The fan provided in the room was also incredible, especially on those very warm days. Overall very impressed!

The only thing I would have to say would be the location of the kitchen sink being right next to the bed. I accidentally splashed water on the bed after washing dishes.

i only gave it 9 as this type of hotel is not for everyone but if you dont mind shared shower and toilet facilities its a brilliant hotel and very clean 5 min walk to tube and 10 min walk to nearest takaway and pub i loved sitting in the cafe area with a make your own coffee in the mornings before setting out

my sons were very lucky their room was right opposite the showers our room was a couple of short corridors away but we got used to it and they were very spacious and clean with hairdryers , only putting this as you might have a little walk to your nearest one if you need the toilet in the night but we didnt mind

A good option if you like to walk a lot, like us. Because Copenhagen is a walkable city. You can get there on foot from the airport, and it is also convenient to get to the city center on foot. The room is very clean, a large comfortable bed, adjustable heating, so it is warm even in autumn, if necessary. Showers are outside the room, but there are many of them, located almost opposite the rooms, so there is no waiting line. An excellent large kitchen where you can cook, there is a refrigerator, dishes, kettle and a dishwasher, which is a very nice option when traveling as it saves precious time. The staff are ready to help with any questions and ask if everything is okay

This is in fact a hostel, with mostly double rooms and big shared bathrooms with couple of sinks and shower places. Staff is very friendly, responsible and polite, all the communication goes through the messages, there is no reception, but is it functioning really good. Beds are comfortable, and it is good that rooms are mostly double and not like classical hostels with many beds, so you can have your privacy. Kitchen is big and equipped, although we have not used it for food preparation so I don’t have my personal experience. There is amazing bar in the lobby, where you can have coffee, tea, other drinks and snacks for great prices, and also lockers that are available for free if you come before check in time which is great. There are also few small private bathrooms with shower and toilet (but also sherable) among those big typicall hostel ones, and I really liked that. Metro station is 5 minutes away and Copenhagen is fantastically connected with public transport.

Rooms could have a couple of hooks. Also, most of the time there was no soap or shampoo, that can be improved. Hygiene of toilets and sinks during the day could be better but I guess that is not something that depends on hostel stuff but guests, since they are cleaning regularly in the morning and evening.

Clean, cosy, liked the vending machine in the lobby for drinks and snacks!

It was a little confusing to check in and find my room as it’s unstaffed, and all communication is done via email. They are super quick with replying, however, so any issues you have can be very quickly sorted out!! But if you prefer staffed hotels, just keep that in mind! Also, I stayed in the area for a concert nearby, so if you are visiting for main attractions of CPH, this may be a little far away from those unless you’re great with trains etc.

The hostel is conveniently located near a metro station, and there's a shop nearby, which makes it easy to grab any essentials. The neighborhood is quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. I found the self check-in system, with access via a password, to be very convenient as it meant there was no need to carry around a key or keycard. Additionally, there are plenty of bathrooms available, so I never had to wait. The entire hostel is very clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.

There are no hooks in the room, so after a shower, it was difficult to find a place to hang my towel. I had to fold it instead. The door in room 011 creaks a lot. The hinges should be oiled. It would be nice to have two towels provided - one large and one small.
