It is clean and very cozy

It gets very hot in the apartment so you have to have the balcony door open

Flora was a clean and comfortable apartment hotel. The kitchen had all dishes,pots/pans to make small to medium meals. The laundry in the lower level (especially the washers) were a nice extra as was the vacumn in the apartment. The bed was very comfortable and having a floor tower fan was good. The location is great. Quick walk to Metro to get to main areas of Copenhagen and quick walk to grocery/restaurants and beach. Area is residential and I felt safe walking day and night. Communication via text was great. I highly recommend!

Dryers are not vented to outside so take a long time to dry. Minor concern as can hang in room for final drying.

The location is conveniently located between the city center and the airport. The property is located in a residential area, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within walking distance. My room was spacious enough for two people. The room was new and clean, and the kitchen was fully equipped. There's an elevator and a shared washing machine. Self-check-in is convenient. You'll receive your password in advance via email before your arrival date. After your stay, you can contact the staff via chat 24/7, who responded promptly to any questions you might have.

There are just a few minor things that aren't a big problem for me, but I'm sharing them as a feedback. - The room layout may be a bit confusing. For example, the closet door doesn't open all the way because it hits the bedside table. The stove is in the middle of the room, but the hood is against the wall. -The glass partition in the bathroom doesn't help prevent water from splashing. - The first day I stayed, I smelled a pipe odor in the bathroom, but after a while, I got used to it and didn't smell it. -There is no air conditioning, as with other accommodations in Copenhagen.

The bed was very comfortable, had a great sleep, liked the location very close to the metro which was about 10 minute walk, it is also near grocery stores and Lidl, there is a beautiful beach nearby with cafes and a coastal walk Reception were easy to contact and always quick to reply to any questions that you might have

We were located on the ground floor and were looking forward to sitting outside in the patio but we could only sit on a stool beside the patio door as the bikes which belonged to the residents across from Flora were sitting practically up against the window and seemed to be sitting there all the time. Also we had to message reception if we required any extra tea bags, coffee or a change of towels but in fairness reception did respond and these things did arrive quickly

The place is exactly as it appears in the photos; it's clean and very comfortable. The location is good, residential, and family-friendly. I'd like to highlight the staff's attentiveness, they were always responding to our requests and questions.

Every time when someone closed the entrance door to go in to the building, the back of the bed would shake very loudly. It's a bit annoying at 3 a.m., but it didn't happen that often. - There are no electrical outlets near the bedside table. - should have something to put your things in the bathroom - The bedroom floor squeaked every time you walked. - When you turned on the shower, the entire bathroom would get wet. Even if you used the shower curtain, it was impossible not to get even the WC

We thought that the Flora Apartment hotel was genuinely exceptional. From the initial really helpful communication (which continued right through our 3 day stay - just checking (but not intrusively) we had everything we needed) through to the cleanliness, the comfort of the bed, all the little extras like coffee pods (and not the miserly 2 or 3 you often get), the ease of safe parking etc etc. it was also very conveniently located for the city centre (4 stops on the train) although it only took 40 minutes to walk but was also in a lovely location near the beach. With lots of good restaurants close at hand. We would hesitate to recommend Flora to anyone. And it was also (in our English opinion) exceptional value. Thank you to the whole Flora team for making our stay SO enjoyable

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is just perfect, tucked away in a charming residential area that’s both peaceful and safe. The amenities were fantastic, with free luggage storage after checkout (so handy!) and cute common area. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything is clearly marked, making it super easy to find your way around. The staff are absolutely wonderful Always friendly, helpful, and ready to assist with anything. Plus, it’s just a few stations from both the airport and city center! There’s also a supermarket nearby and the cutest cafés right around the corner. Definitely a gem of a stay!

If you prefer more privacy and would rather avoid the ground floor, it might be worth paying a little extra for a room on a higher level. That said, the rooms do have curtains, and the area is very safe and quiet.

The accommodation was 4 metro stations away from the center (walking distance of maybe 7 min). We had a Lidl (great for late night shopping such as water or late snack) next to the metro station as well, plus a hot dog station open til late :) the bed was super comfy. The water pressure perfect :) we had coffee and tea at our disposal. I'll definitely return to this location when planning my next trip to Copenhagen cas the neighborhood was quite and safe. The beach is also near by and we had a great time taking a walk during the afternoon.

The property and the neighborhood are amazing. A short train to Copenhagen center and a quiet place to stay with family. Waking is very nice and there are some fabulous cafes in the area. Service was great and very easy to use.

My only issue was hidden fees. I don't know if this was an issue of Flora or Booking but the daily price that showed up in the search was a lot smaller that what I ended up paying. At the final screen I got the price in Danish Crowns and accepted without verifying the exchange and ended up with a surprise charge.

It was great that the airport was really close, only a few stops by subway and a little walk from the metro station. Reaching the city center was also fast by public transport and if you want to have a walk to the next attraction, Christiania is also managable by foot. The flat itself was clean, nice and modern, looks just as pictures show. Despite its size, the spaces in the apartment were decently used and was well equiped. Entry was easy, no hidden keys , ridles to find entrance, just a code and you can enter straight from the streetfront, without worrying about loosing the key, or locking yourself out, no unnecessary personal check in process with passport, ID card etc, I loved that! Host was very kind and caring as well.

Switches for lamps were uncomfortably installed and there were only a few outlets. A splitter could have come handy. Not a big issue though
