The breakfast was good. It had all the foods that I like in the morning. The bread was of high quality. The cold meats and cheeses were just fine. The breakfast room was nice with a good view. The bedroom was fine. The staff were helpful and polite when asked questions. Choice to two close by metro stations. Good well lit paths but Oresund was the more convenient one. Good stores, cafes and restaurants near by.

The bedroom was a bit on the small side for me. As my stay was for a week there was inadequate clothes hanging space. It would be fine for a shorter stay. The breakfast room layout serving area needs to be improved. At times people just got in each others way. it was tricky balancing your tray and getting your breakfast items assembled. The coffee machine was a particular choke point.

Excellent location near to Oresund Metro which is close to airport. Friendly and helpful staff, nice bar with views. Very comfortable stay. Would definaitely return

Rooms are small

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, with a supermarket just a few steps away. You can walk to the beach in a few minutes, and the city centre is easily accessible. The airport is also nearby, which makes travel very convenient. The breakfast was delicious, and the view from the top floor is absolutely stunning. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-prepared.

The room was spacious enough for us, but I did miss having a small wardrobe or some shelves to store our clothes. There was a coat rack with hangers and a luggage rack, which were helpful, but a bit of extra storage would have made things even more comfortable. It's just a small detail and didn’t take away from the overall positive experience.

For 2 stars, it was incredible. The room was small, but trust me, it's more than enough. We were exploring cph the whole day, so it's more than suitable for 2 people. It was clean and nice, TV in room, quiet, bathroom was clean asf (very important if you are clean fr*ak like me). Location was very good... By subway it was only 4 stops from Øresund to Kongens Nytorv, which is in the centre of the city. Subway is like not even 5min walk from the hotel, or if you'd like to walk a bit, you can go to next station (I forgot the name) that's like 10 min walk... Two shops that are open until 10pm, amazing coffee shop and the best ramen restaurant just around the corner... Dream

The bed was so damn soft... Like too much, my back is f**ked up, but it's very individual, so it's not that much of a complain. And maybe a electric kettle in every room would be nice to just do some tea or noodles at night. Otherwise I have nothing.

I liked the fact that there was always someone in the reception 24/7 and that I could get a late night drink or snack if I wanted.

The only thing I didn't like was that although I could wash my clothes, I couldn't dry them, as the dryer function wasn't as strong. I also didn't like that there was only a single washing machine. This didn't make a huge difference, as I wasn't there long and would have only needed to use the washing machine once. To avoid the washing machine being busy, I just washed my clothes at night.

Great hotel and great location. Six minute walk to the metro station to get to the city. Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was OK, and restaurant and common areas were very nice and comfortable. Does not have a gym, but you can use the gym on the same street/block for around 6 EUR per day.

Room was too small for my taste, but it was very comfortable and clean.

The location is convenient, the cleanliness of the place is very good (good housekeeping) and staff was friendly and helpful. For the value it is worth it.

Honestly we were expecting the room to be bigger (this was maybe the only issue we had) and also kettle would be much appreciated during winter but the staff was very nice and allowed us to get as much hot water as needed at the reception. Also at first we could hear noises from the hallway and we were a little bit hesitant if this won’t be a problem during the night but we did not hear anything/ the rooms have a good sound isolation.

Location was great, there are 3 big groceries within10 minute walks and Lagkagehuset bakery! I think there is a beach nearby but haven't been there yet. Staffs were so helpful allowing me to have hot water from the coffee machine and 4 hours of laundry room use was so great too. We used the washer/dryer and iron as well. Our room was tiny but tidy and clean, high ceiling helped to feel airy enough. So convenient and quiet.

We didn't know we could get on the elevator from the parking lot so that you won't need to take luggage down through the ramp when we arrived from the front door. Also didn't know about bike rental until we turned on the TV. It also would have been great if you could hang wet swim suits in the bakcony area but anyways they dried up overnight in the room too. Hangers in the room were handy!

When we arrived we saw that our room was too small for 2 of us and 2 big luggages, so we requested for an upgrade, which the staff obliged and gave us an apartment with a small kitchenette. It was very nice. We loved it. If you are travelling with big luggages it would be better to get a bigger room. The staff were very helpful, even gave us suggestions for local cuisines and they were very good. Told us which transport to take. Super nice

I was surprised that the hotel was only two stars - it deserves much more! Everything was perfect: the staff was very friendly, everyone speaks perfect English, the hotel is modern and clean. The room is small, but that was already expected (as you can see in the photo when you book your room), but for two people it was completely fine. Easy check in and even easier check out - absolutely perfect place to stay, only approximately 10 minutes to the metro and bus stop, around 15 minutes to the beach, and a couple of main grocery stores near the hotel. Beautiful!!

- would be great to have the option to access apps like Netflix on the TV, although Youtube was okay as well.:) - the shower could use a curtain or a glass door.
