The balinese pool is really amazing and as good as it is seen in pictures. Our suite was very modern and cozy. The staff was helpful and smiley yet they seemed to be understaffed.

The hotel's sauna and steam room is located at the rooftop where guests have to walk pass the restaurant customers, which for me was very awkward. No omlett options at breakfast and the restaurant is small. There are better options avaliable for breakfast at that price or even cheaper outside the hotel. We had to keep asking for additional toiletteries since it was not renewed everyday. I understand the sustainablity concerns yet expect better service and attention to details at this price level.

Obviously the hotel is beautiful, the pool is stunning. But also the room I booked was so lovely, it wasn't just a bedroom but more like a studio with a separate sitting area and TV. I just loved it and all the amenities in the room - the radio, the kettle and coffee bags, the sleeping kit and bathroom toiletries, yoga mats and beautiful dressing robes. The comfort and ease of guests has been thought out well. Staff friendly, check in/out was smooth. Location is quite good, it's not smack bang in the centre but 10 mins walk to Tivoli. Also Frederiksberg is a very cool area.

I had a late flight the day I left and it was a torrential downpour outside, I asked if I could hang out by the pool for a couple of hours after check out and was refused. Considering I was a paying guest (and it's not a cheap hotel) I though this was a little bit disappointing!

Great concept, I would say “luxury - hipster” style with great pool serving as a heart of the whole building with rooftop “punk” sauna and steam bath. You have a perfect access to the city especially via bike which can be borrowed at the hotel at your convenience. There is also a superb and spacious fitness center accesible 24/7. I would recommend it for a couple getaway, I also believe the hotel is adult only which actually make sence according to the concept and facilities.

The pool is better than the pictures, it's lush and vibrant and a great relaxing space. The room was spacious and comfortable, the toiletries are very luxurious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant had a great choice of pastries, cooked breakfast and cereal all with a local twist. Didn't use the gym but it looked well equipped. The bar has a good selection and the local on tap beer was good. The hotel is for adults (14+ only) and has a very relaxing feel to it with a big focus on local sustainable products.

The hotel is slightly out of the Central part of town, 10 to 15 minutes walk away from bars restaurants and shops.

The pool is incredible! An oasis in the middle of the city. So magical and definitely needed after a long flight! Staff are so lovely, especially Gaultier at breakfast! He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and included tips on where to eat and what to see.

Our check in was delayed, which was compensated with some “jungle dollars” but would have been nice to offer a realistic time frame for room to be ready. We were told 5-10 minutes, but it was almost 40 mins before we were given our keys. Rooms are small and corridors are quite confusing and dark.

I highly recommend it’s beautiful property and well taken care of very clean. The staff is very nice as for the location it’s about 15 minute walk to the center during the summer it was OK for us, but I don’t think I can do that in the winter. And taxes are extremely expensive in Copenhagen. Coming back to the hotel after walking all day and getting into the pool is just amazing. That part was my favorites. The restaurant is very good. There is a bar by the pool and food. The price is a little too high for a small boutique hotel. Overall, we had a great time.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, the pool is absolutely amazing. We chose a day with fewer guests around, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The serene and uncrowded environment allowed us to fully relax and appreciate the stunning pool area. Moreover, the hotel staff deserve a special mention. They were consistently smiling and welcoming, going out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. Their warm and friendly demeanor contributed significantly to our overall positive experience.

However, I did notice a couple of downsides. The cleaning of our bathroom was not up to par, and the bathroom itself felt somewhat outdated. On a positive note, they did provide quite nice accessories, which was a pleasant touch. In terms of pricing, we found the hotel to be somewhat overpriced. That being said, if you appreciate a specially designed swimming pool and want to stay near the city center, it’s an acceptable trade-off.

Pool was nice early morning and late evening when not crowded. I liked the sauna and steam rooms extras - sugar scrub and body oil. Large individual room! Really friendly staff, special thanks to the ladies at reception (short blonde bob and the French lady with glasses)

I was on the fifth floor and could definitely hear the movement above. I know hotels aren’t proper gyms but there could have been a wider range of equipment.

Loved the room. Excellent location and very friendly staff. Shout out to Stella for being super welcomy and friendly. Cutest boutique hotel you could stay at. The DJ party around the pool in the evening was great touch. Really enjoyed that.

How difficult the booking process was. Because I was booking under my name but using my husband’s card, the initial booking payment was declined. So it took few days to get that sorted. However, I understand why this is being done. Heads up would have been helpful, so I would have booked it under my husbands name. Stella was excellent at explaining why this is being done. Also, I didn’t like how slow the turnaround of the rooms was. We didn’t have please service sign in the room, so we had to request it every day after we’ve come back in the afternoon.

Everything was really nice and comfortable. We had a room located behind the pool bar so we had a great location within the hotel to be able to walk outside our door and jump straight into the pool. The hotel bar was cheaper than most other hotels and the candy was absolutely delicious! The beds were great and bedding was really soft. The shower was really spacious and good. We had an overall great stay!

The fact that the hotel delivers on everything, the TVs in the bedrooms are not really up to date, as you can't watch anything other than TV channels. No possibility to cast anything on to them and the hotel couldn't even provide us with an HDMI cable (I brought my android box with me which has an inbuilt Chromecast) other than that, I have nothing bad to say about this hotel.
