Great location near the Metro station and supermarkets just down the road. The apartment was easy to access with the code, very clean, and well stocked with kitchen utensils and toiletries. Good to be able to use the lockers after check out also.

The room was quite stuffy so we had to keep the window open the whole time. The bathrooms are very small, and the sink is particularly hard to use to wash your face etc. While the bed was comfortable, we could have used more than one pillow each.

Easy access to city centre. Check in and check out for quite easy and the hotel had good communication. The apartment was quite comfortable and perfect for a couple doing a city trip where we were out for most of the day. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook our own meals which helped us save money for other activities. Bathroom was very nice and comfortable.

Wish the mini fridge could have been a bit bigger as the shelves weren't stable enough to hold milk. Was a bit dry and stuffy but we kept the window open the whole stay to manage this so wasn't too big a deal : )

We had a pretty good stay. It’s in a great spot, just a short walk to the metro. You can get to the city center easily, and the beach is basically around the corner. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen with all the essentials (oven, fridge, coffee machine, etc.), which made it easy to make simple meals in the morning. Parking is a bit on the expensive side, but from what I understand, it's pretty standard for Denmark. The good part is that it’s easy to reserve through the hotel’s app. Also, both check-in and check-out are fully online, which is super convenient, especially if you're arriving late. Everything was smooth and hassle-free.

The bathroom sink is really small. Not a big deal for everyone, but if you wear braces or use a water flosser like I do, it’s not super practical. There just isn’t enough room to comfortably do your dental routine without making a bit of a mess.

We enjoyed every minute here. It's new, clean, and nice. The mattress is fantastic, the kitchen is well equipped. There's one of the best playgrounds in Copenhagen and a fantastic coast walk too (with also a super playground). There's a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer too, so, we didn't miss a minute being together.

One note: some "buttons" would be necessary at the entrance to hang everyday things like coats, bags, shopping bags. I have shirts, suit, what I hang in the box but then long, wet coat can't go there...

The apartment was very clean and nicely designed which made the stay even nicer. The staff was responsive and over the whole stay there were moments of kind gestures by the staff/hotel that showed that they go the extra mile for the guests. We travelled with a toddler so we really appreciated the accessibility, the location and the great sound isolation.

There were really no downsides. The room could have been slightly bigger, but for the Copenhagen standard it was still well-sized:)

Getting to the apartment from the airport was easy. Less than a 15 minute train ride. No switching trains. Having the discount 360 grocery store 3 blocks away was a nice treat. Large selection good prices. Helpful staff. Good size apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

Unable to control the temperature. The thermostat is in the bathroom but appears you are not able to lower the tempeature. Even though the temperature was 18 out side the inside stayed at 25 which is too warm for us

The room was bigger than expected and we loved that they provided a baby crib for our baby to sleep in. Even with that in the room we had enough space to move around. The room was very clean and fully equipped, it is great if you want to cook yourself and save money that way. The interaction via messages with the reception was great as well. We plan to come back.

The apartment and the staff are excellent. Everything is well equipped, clean and tidy. There were a lot of guests in the hotel, but we didn't hear anyone. The right place to rest after rushing around the city. The free lockers downstairs were useful. The location is good if the metro (M2) goes to the center and the airport. We really enjoyed everything.

Very convenient location, close to the metro, quiet neighbourhood. The apartment has everything needed, it is really comfortable. I was happy with the number of coffee capsules and the availability of olive oil :) I would definitely like to stay here again.

The soundproofing maybe is not perfect (I could hear my neighbours watching TV), but it didn't bother me at all.

The room was tiny but equipped with everything you need for a stay. The check in time was 3 however we had the room from 12:30 which was very helpful for us as we were coming after a long journey. The apartment was very close to metro station and it was easy to find.
