Location The patio was pleasant.

Cleaners had missed some sticky rings from drinks glasses that previous guest left on window sill. Outside of windows had some smudges. As for the dinners…I was in the middle of a two-week trip so it was nice to take a break from going out for dinner every night. The salads and potatoes (it is Sweden of course) were decent. However the main courses both nights were not great. The chicken cutlets were dry and the very thin pieces of fish were encased in in a very thick gummy breading. Also I didn’t see any dessert offerings.

Beautiful and quiet place, some nices places to visit in the walking distance, the weather was lovely, a bit cold for Caribbean people but I really like it. And the food was pretty good taking in consideration the price.

As per the information I saw before book this hotel the parking in lot in front is available for the hotel's guest but actually is not, is in the side and in the rear so I got a fine or parking inspection ticket even when I paid for the parking (in front) since the very first moment on arrival, unfortunately reception staff did not know to explain parking rules and permit is required instead of parking payment ticket, so now I have to deal with a fine which could be easily avoid if they would guide me in a proper way since the very beginning.

Beautiful little hotel with great food, both breakfast, fika and dinner and decent priced wine and beer in restaurant. Our room and especially the double bed was insanely comfortable and the rain shower was lovely. Would come back or recommend as a little getaway and thought it was well worth the money.

Only reason it's not a 10 is because the room was boiling hot. Heating was on 24.5 at checkin and we never got it down to less than 22.5 even with windows open. Asked reception but they said it's a old system and there was nothing they could do apart from move us to a different room (not double bed).

Very friendly staff, great concept with half board, especially during the winter time, the room - the size and equipment. Our ferry was canceled due to weather conditions and we were traveling with a dog. The booking was done in a short notice and the room was prepared for our stay with a dog. We asked also for a breakfast to go for the next morning and the bags incl. hot drink to go were waiting for us at the reception desk. Thank you!

Location was great, the food was all good quality including evening meal which is the main reason I book this chain. Room was OK, shower worked well, parking was easy.

Parking is too expensive especially on top of the higher hotel prices in recent years. A new employee did not provide the best service or options but I guess they will learn. The manager the next day was excellent and resolved any issues. Need some different size pillows.

The breakfast was excellent. The night receptionist kindly made me a hot drink at 0300 because the coffee machine had just broken. It was so kind of her. It felt so welcoming to be able to take coffee and tea throughout the day or night. Also the evening meal was simple but very tasty and there was always soup, salads and bread, as well. The price was similar to other hotels but included tea, coffee and evening meal.

Location is very good for me when I travel in this city and is good value for money. I appreciated how staff was accomodating with my personalized requests (e.g. dietary changes).

Surprised there is no espresso machine for breakfast area, I went out for my coffee fix; guess having to go out to get my coffee in a longer stay would have been less Ideal.

This was our third stay at this hotel and it was similar to our previous experiences. Staff's hospitality and customer service are the primary reason for bringing us back. Quality Breakfast, afternoon coffee & cake and evening buffet meal all add to the value.

Great location, five minutes from the Karlskrona train station and less than fifteen minutes to all the sights, including the must-see maritime museum. Super nice staff. The stay includes dinner which is a beautiful buffet spreqd with salads, soup and a warm dish every night, freshly prepared. Breakfast is just as nice.

The single rooms are very small but some have beautiful harbor views and the beds are extremely comfortable.

Evening meal and fika included in the price. Intimate location and atmosphere. Spatious room. Efficient and reliable internet. Good buffet breakfast, however if compared to Clarion hotel at Stockholm, there was much less choice in Karlskrona. This is not a criticism, just a remark.
