The person at reception was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for four people, and the bed was comfortable. We needed an early breakfast on Saturday, and the staff kindly opened the breakfast buffet half an hour early to accommodate us. The hotel is also very located, just a short walk from the city center.
Parking was down the hill.

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Breakfast included (a large variety of food). Lift to the upper floors. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and quite calm room. Good location, near to main square. Hotel with history.
No parking available (extra fee on public area).

The staff was absolutely wonderful and super helpful! We had such a great stay, comfy, city center and very delicious breakfast! The service from the staff was perfect! Anything she could fix, she tried and was honest and open! She gave us that little-cherry - on top service feeling!!
Upstairs neighbours were a bit loud in the middle of the night, but otherwise great sleep!

Breakfast great and plenty of choices. Location fantastic in centre and within walking distance from museums plus lots to explore in karlskrona.

Located very good. Easy access Nice room
Very crowded at breakfast but ok. Staff made the best out of it but they were young and could maybe be a little faster in clearing tables etc. But now big deal - everything went well.

Good breakfast and wifi. Free light evening meal was an unexpected bonus. Staff very friendly and helpful. We arrived early, and were allowed straight in to our room, which was upgraded from our original booking.
Curtains let too much early morning light in. Hotel entry door unusually small, and not obvious (minor issue).
