The property was really central and well equipped except for a washing machine . The space was good and overall clean. As in most places we’ve stayed the shower wall tiles could do with a really good deep clean .

Large bed (160x210), small but complete and very clean kitchen, living room with two overly comfortable chairs (you sort of hang in them) and a dining table, good bathroom and shower. Quiet building right in the middle of town, just in the pedestrians only zone. Easy street parking nearby during the weekend at no cost; go for specific information on parking restrictions in the red and green zones to the Karlskrona website. Entrance to the building with door code functioned well, we did not see any personnel.

Black out curtains in the living room but not in the bedroom, unfortunately. There was quite a bit of noise from heating or cooling machines outside, but with the bedroom windows closed and the bathroom and living room windows open (the weather was pretty hot) it was no problem sleeping.

I enjoyed the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Refrigerator could have been better.

Very center of Karlskrone, comfy room. The room was stocked with coffee, filters, tea, candy, had full kitchen equipment, even coffee machine and toaster, so was able to cook breakfasts with no issues. Very kind and helpful staff.

Bed is super soft but otherwise comfortable - matter of taste, I prefer a firmer mattress. WiFi occasionally lost internet connection, probably rebooting router. Not many channels on TV, but TV channel guide was provided.

Very friendly and accommodating host. No extra charge for the dog. The location is very central (parking just around the corner). Warm and comfy.

Everything was good - just slightly dated.

The facilities for cooking etc. The Google Cast device. Comfortable chair.

WIFI was very poor. Unable to use it. Had to revert back to phone network. Noise from the laundry late at night. Both things were small issues however.

Large and fully furnished apartment hotel, with a useful kitchen. The bedroom area is spacious and the TV includes a Chromecast, allowing you to actually watch stuff you want (instead of a gazillion useless cable channels). Checkin was very quick as the owner runs a super efficient operation. Also, the location is right on the main street - could'nt be better! Cheap parking is available nearby.

The backstreet outside the room got a bit noisy in the late hours (seagulls and/or homegoing partyers). Also, since this is an apartment hotel there are of course no hotel services such as breakfast or daily cleaning (obvious to most people, but worth mentioning if it matters to you).
