Very good location at the center of Ludvika centrum. A microwave oven in the dining area is convenient to warm food bought at supermarkets. The refridgerator in the room was also convenient.

I hope every room has an electrical pot to boil water. I have stayed in your hotel many times, and the electrical pot and the refridgerator were equipped or not equipped depending on the room. Hopefully, please install them in all the rooms.

The hotel has a coherent, stately old-fashioned styled which can be found throughout the reception, hallways and guest rooms. The room itself was very comfortable with pleasant beds and agreeable sofa. The bathroom was recently renovated and very inviting. The breakfast was excellent with a satisfying degree of variation with many warm dishes and cold cuts. The hotel is situated very close to the city centre and offers parking around the corner for a small fee.

A case of nitpicking, but there was not a good ventilation in the bathroom which left the area somewhat damp after showering.

Need to increase the number of motorcycle so, guest will move with there friends & motorcycle need to mentioned the hotel name so, easy for identification. Our another collegue stay another hotel & they have more motorcycle so, all team move outside together.

Neat little hotel with some interesting decors. Full buffet for breakfast, with vegetarian options. Very nice staff. Close to the train station and several restaurants. Love the ambiance. Good for families and for business travel.

Could have a bit better access for handicapped. Some curtains do not darken the rooms enough (if view on main street with lights on all night, for instance). Frankly, nothing else to complain about here.

The hotel was very cozy and cute, very nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. Service during the booking and at the hotel was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and of a high quality.

Only minus side were the young people making noise on the street until the early hours of the morning so that it was not easy to sleep. This is not the fault of the hotel.

Good breakfast and we liked the idea of having tea and coffee available in the reception 24/7

The shower did not have a curtain which meant that water went all over the floor. We noticed that the room next door had a curtain so why not in our room? Strange choice of TV channels - why only 4 swedish channels and a lot of non-Swedish ones. Why so many in German?? It would have been better with more Swedish channels - we could not watch our favorite programmes.

I definitely love the decorating of the hotel! Looks so cozy and beautiful. Also this was the first hotel I slept the whole night through without any problems. Comfiest pillows ever! Also the mini fridge in the room was a big plus! Breakfast was also good and made us very happy and full.

Friendly staff, excellent breakfast, very clean everywhere. Parking right next to the Hotel was ideal, the reception can organise the parking ticket. They also have a deal with three local restaurants where a 10% discount is offered.

The hotel is very close to the train station, 5 minutes on foot. The hotel is in the town center and there are several restaurants a few minutes away. There is also a parking space nearby. The breakfast buffet was very good. I liked the decoration, it was cozy and tasteful.

Great hotel in the middle of town with nearby restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds and decent rooms. Great breakfast! Driving distance to skiing facilities (30min to Romme, 45min to Säfsen).
