We had some challenges- teenagers not waking up when we were at restaurant in city centre- the staff helped us and we could have family dinner together. Then I left my glasses at breakfast buffet. They arranged with delivery to Romme Alpin. Excellent service and I’m very grateful 💯🙏

Staff was really nice. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicious food. Loved the smell of the soap and shower gel.

For the money, I was expecting a minibar or at least tea in the room. Something to keep the two beds together would be nice, they kept slipping away from each other.

Very good breakfast, variety of choice, tasty food. The pool, which was big enough for a little swim, sauna, which we had for us alone most of the time. But we stayed during the least busy time of the year, I can imagine it can become crowded easily. The room is well designed and overall comfortable. Nice personnel.

It is a matter of taste, but we found the matress on the main bed a bit uncomfortable to sleep.

It’s great that sauna and spa were not for extra cost like most of Swedish hotels. It was nice stay with kids. Breakfast was good. Good distance from Romme Alpin

Scandic is the best hotel chain. Perhaps a little pricey. But it's worth it. There is always a wheelchair at the entrance. There is always a chair for the disabled.

I liked the rooms, beds and cleanliness.

We could not connect to the Wi-Fi as we were given no code. There was no one down at the reception when we came down to ask.

Sauna area could be nicer.

There was no air conditioning system in the room so even if the window was open it was still hot inside.

Clean rooms. Nice to have the pool and sauna available.
