The breakfast offered a plenty of options in a high quality.

During the first day, there was an event at the hotel, so the parking area was fully packed. Therefore, I had to park in another area 300m away and there was lots of black ice on the way to the hotel by walk. The other days we found available slots to park in front of the hotel.

Great hotel in central location. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Good facilites with nice sauna and jacuzzi, and restaurant/pub in the ground floor. Very good breakfast with lots of options. Parking available just outside but at a cost

Some elements of breakfast could have been better (although overall food was very good) - eggs were cold, only lactose free yoghurt available.

Perfect location, very clean, great breakfast a lot of choices, very friendly staff. All in all a good stay! Very nice spa area , free parking behind the building .

Sadly no Aircon in the room, but they provided a fan which was fantastic for the hot summer nights!

The location was perfect for our needs. The staff were helpful. Pet friendly. Sauna facilities were a treat after a day of skiing. Dinner in the restaurant was cooked to order and was fantastic. Dessert was a work of art.

Far exceeded my expectations for a 3 star hotel in Borlänge, matching or exceeding 4 star options in Stockholm. Spacious room, lovely restaurant, excellent breakfast, multiple entertainment options. Will absolutely stay here again!
