This is our second time staying at Elite Hotel Börlange, as we always visit around this time of year for skiing and to celebrate my husband's birthday. I'd like to extend my sincere gratitude to the entire hotel staff - reception, breakfast and restaurant teams, the bartender last night for her customized cocktails, housekeeping, room service, and the spa personnel. Their exceptional service made our stay even more memorable. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, with easy access to great restaurants and public transportation conveniently stopping right in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

The Vana Spa , it was so relaxing and you could order cocktails to the pool, 10/10. We went for a staycation to get away from work and relax and we deffo chilllled. Breakfast the next day was stunnnnning, and the restaurant is gorgeous with the glass lampshades, it’s so comfortable and cozy and the food made me want to go back to bed and melt into the pillows. And to top it all off in the end our entire weekend cost us each only about 120 euro (Spa pool access, parking, room and food/drinks) which is probably what you’d spend in the pub on a weekend anyways lol

I thought it might be possible to book a massage and other spa treatments the same day as arrival, I thought spa hotels had on-staff masseuses, completely my own fault not to know but it might be a nice addition? Also I don’t mind paying for parking at all but if there could be instructions as to find the car park online it would be super helpful.

The spa was very nice, almost nobody there, peaceful and relaxing even if small. The breakfast had a nice variety and fresh. Nice with kettle in the room. Room was ok size and it was quiet as we requested, at the end of the corridor on top floor, no noise from outside or neighbors (and I’m very picky about this). The bed was comfortable.

It was too hot at night and no possibility to adjust temperature. Talked to the staff and they couldn’t do anything about it either. Very bad sleep because of this as needed to get up and open the windows at night to cool it down. The sofa bed wasn’t comfortable.

Breakfast! There was always someone around at the reception. Coffee, water and fruit in the lobby. Didn't try the spa.

Called ahead for explanation of parking, but it could have been explained better. There is a huge public parking they use, but if you park at the wrong end of it it's a long way to walk to the hotel. When entering the parking drive right and drive to the end of the parking, that's closest.

Excellent staff. Excellent breakfast buffet with gluten free and lactose free options.

We booked the Vana spa. The experience was okay. The pool isn't long or deep enough for swimming. There isn't a jacuzzi or bubble pool. There was a bit of black mold near the far end steps of the pool.

The staff were amazing 👏 We ended up making our booking in two separate stages and the staff sorted it without even being asked, so that we would not have to change rooms mid stay. The breakfast is exceptional for a hotel buffet breakfast. There is a phenomenonal variety of food, all well presented and good quality.

Location, wifi, cleanliness and confort

I was unable to use the spa as the cost was definitely too high for a hotel service. Considering the price of the service, I would avoid advertising it even in the hotel's title. I understand there may be a slight surcharge for its use, but this price seems definitely excessive to me.

Location was excellent and there was affordable parking just behind the hotel. The guy in the reception was really friendly and helpful - great service.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast selection was really good We also visited the SPA, that consisted of a smaller pool and two small cold baths (bathtubs) - they advertised it as they had ‘three pools’, but that was not the correct picture. I would not say it was value for the extra money spent, but we spent 1h there with the kids.

Great staff and service! Very welcoming and the attention towards the kids was on point with a little something at arrival =) In the restaurant the bar tenders found us a table even with a fully booked event..so nice and greatful for their help.

Very pricey facilities (spa and swimming pool)

Great breakfast! Nice room size, good bathroom size. Great shower. Clean and full minibar. Staff is very happy, helpful and they know everything. Location is very central and underground parking is great, especially during the winter. Very good hotel. Great value for money!

No slippers or bathrobe in the room. I did not ask at the reception, I just noticed there were not in the room.
