Utilities are clean and fresh. Sauna opening hours are until 22, appreciated. Good breakfast buffet.

Poor choice of dishes at the evening meal buffet. No juices just plain water. In addition some dishes end up if one comes half an hour before the closing time. Having in mind my food allergy I didn't have much choice at all and it was not really worth the money, neither was it that one expects from a hotel in this category.

Location was perfect. Close to the transport hub. Located in the centre of town. Room was very clean. Shower was very powerful. I felt very clean. I found the bed very comfortable and the duvet material was very good. Temperature in the room was just right for sleeping. Nice and quiet. Food very nice especially the breakfast, and pancakes! Staff very courteous. Will be returning.

This perfectly-located hotel is modern and stylish and has everything you could ask for. The concept of including breakfast, dinner and afternoon 'fika' in the price means that it is perfect if you don't want or need to look elsewhere to be fed. Everything is of the highest standard and it is exceptionally clean.

The location is very convenient to train station as well as town center area. All working distances. We had breakfasts and dinners at hotel. We like the way the hotel is setup, for example, no cleaning service during stay and room rate covers both breakfast and dinner. Relax and convenient!

Service was excellent from all the staff. Big + for really hot sauna early in the morning ,and that I was reminded that when I arrived! :-) Easy to access and ok gym, not the biggest . but who cares when you can run through your program and get ready for the day?

That you didn’t make up the room every day. It might be ok not to change towels every day but at least make up the beds would be necessary. Because if not, the service is like an airbnb when you are actually expecting the service of a hotel

Linda and the entire staff were very welcoming. Recently renovated, the rooms, lounge and dining area were spotlessly clean and cozy. The breakfast and dinner included in the price were a huge bonus. We look forward to booking again when we next visit Falun.

The meals were delicious with good variety. The staff, particularly Matteo and Natalie, were super friendly and helpful in providing directions, suggested places to visit, and generally helpful. The hotel is in a great location, in close walking distance of shopping, sightseeing, etc.

Spotlessly clean and very cosy. Very friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast buffet and a great evening meal included. Also free coffee/tea in the lobby with home made cake in the afternoons. Very central location.

Breakfast was included. It was enjoyable when travelling with family. It is in the middle of the city, close to every attraction. The room was cozy and clean, I really like the clean bathroom. Also, it has a good view.

The payment system was not working; we had to stand in line for almost 30 minutes, which almost missed dinner included. The dinner included was not as good as we thought it to be although the staff was nice.
