The hotel was very cozy, it had beautiful mid-century decor, lots of private outdoor areas to enjoy, and the breakfast was the best I have seen in a month of travelling! My room was very comfortable and I slept well. The gym and Sauna were nice additions and added extra value to my stay.

There is nothing wrong, I would highly recommend staying here if you are travelling in the region, it was a great home base on the Dalarna Art Trail.

We went with a group of 10 friends and the stay was nice. The hotel restaurant has delicious food. Also, the breakfast includes lots of options. The rooms were clean and spacious. Location is closer to lots of other restaurants. Ski resort is just a 10-minute drive. There is a nice sauna and a gym.

I liked the staff, even though the staff was training another new member of staff. It took a little more time than expected beforehand, but they were both nice, helpful and a little bit witty. I also enjoyed staying in the hotel during the night because it was really quiet, had the necessary things like a tv, place to store your stuff and your own, clean, bathroom. The visit was nice :)

The town is rather sleepy and so when we got back to the hotel after the concert we were at everything was closed. No bar open and not a whole lot of choices to get food or drinks. But that has got nothing to do with the hotel really, just the location of it!

Good breakfast with a lot of choices, especially the waffles. The hotel is very close to the centrum and easy to find good restaurants. Also the free parking and lots of parking place make the hotel more attractive.

No place to dry the wet skii clothes and boots. TV is old fashion and webcast can't be used. The restaurant could provide more options. Play room can have more toys.

Big clean room with renovated bathroom. Good breakfast. 200m from a super Italian restaurant called La Cantina.

The sauna was too small. During the breakfast the service was not the best. When we came most of the tables were not cleaned after previous guests and there where no plates and no spoons.

Lovely hotel with nice local touches. Very friendly staff and a lively bar with great atmosphere. Breakfast was fantastic.

It was a little expensive. not enough storage for clothes in room - no chest of drawers.

the location was perfect, the train station is across the street. its in the middle of the city. its very good bed, good room, plenty of towels. If you have to leave early, they can prepare breakfast ahead, depending on when you leave.

the TV didn’t have netflix / the ability to stream your phone. Not a big issue. There were some glasses upstairs in the common lounge area still from the night before, it took a while before they got cleaned.

The location was perfect. We were very close to family, 3 mins walking distance and very close to the train station, the town and Kapulen.

Nothing negative to report.

not the first time in this hotel, always satisfied there. Did not face any issue, staff is kind and willing to fulfill all my tasks.

Rooms was clean. Breakfast was just over-the-top. Certainly didn't expect such a breakfast for such place. Would come back just for that!

Room was old and coming apart, but still clean and nice.
