Very friendly staff that made a solo traveller welcome. Buffet meals had plenty of choice for breakfast and dinner. Having a small indoor pool and sauna was great but I did not have time to explore these fully. Bag drop and shower after my cross country ski race and after check out was the icing on the cake. 5 min walk to train station has to be up there too.

My room was fine, nice and close to the entrrance and most of the facilities. I appreciated having a kettle with coffee and tea available. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range of choices. I did not eat at the hotel in the evening. The hotel texted me the details of the keycode for the maindoor and where to find my key, when my travel plans were disrupted and my arrival was delayed. They also called me on my journey back to Stockholm, to inform me that I had left some camera equipment in my room and kept it until I could return to collect it.

It was unfortunate that during my stay, major roadworks were taking place along the E45 which runs between Mora station and the hotel. This a) made it difficult to access the hotel b) caused the water supply to be cut off on the evening of my arrival and c) meant that there was some noise from work taking place during my visit. None of this was the hotel's fault and they did their very best to minimise the inconvenience. It would have been nice to walk 100m from the station direct to the hotel rather than around the 500m (or more) route which was prepared by the contractors and very poorly signposted for those unfamiliar with the town.

We travel through MORA at least twice per year and always stay here. The staff are super friendly and everything is always spot on - from the breakfast to the room, the parking, WiFi (free) and location.

We were not too happy with the fact that we could not stay a little longer, also the cereal but then I do not like cereal, so actually - NOTHING AT ALL.

Staff was excellent and gave great recommendations for food and activities. Rooms were a good size and comfortable.

The buffet was perfectly fine - not as many options at others we stayed at but there were enough options for anyone to find a filling breakfast.

Very charming hotel, which gives you a very cosy feeling. Room, staff and breakfast are wonderful. The have as well a really nice spa with sauna and a swimming pool. Very recommendable!

Big room, close to the station, everything you need is present. Sauna and pool is a great extra! Breakfast is good - typical buffet style.

The big window was facing the parking, making it a little uncomfortable if I wanted to chill in the room. The walls are not very sound-proof.

Been here a couple of years ago. Still a really nice hotel, big room, very clean with kettle for hot drink. Nice Staff, abundant breakfast, plus for dinner there was a rally nice (and cheap) buffet! Will come back again.

Breakfast was great, with a good selection. Bed itself comfortable but the pillow was very thick and strangely, there was a thin sort of pillow under the sheet as well, which I had to remove.

Just plain nice. I was one of few and even though the reception was unmaned, everything just went perfect. The breakfast was super nice 🙂
