It was a short walk to several points of interest, and a clean hotel.

There was an issue with my booking, somehow it was only booked for 2 rooms. 1 person per room instead of 2 people per room. Instead of being friendly about it, the front desk clerk was a bit rude. Then after dinner in the hotel restaurant we were pushed to look at the dessert menu while we clearly stated that we were not interested. Unable to reserve parking areas of time. Luckily there was a public lot down the street and the price was reasonable each night.

Mora Hotell & Spa is a very conveniently located hotel that is the perfect place to stay to discover Mora and surroundings and a gateway to other areas in Sweden. After a trip with the Inlandsbanan rail (during which we already had 1 night at the hotel prior to our train package), we returned to Mora for 3 more nights. Mora is very charming and the cultural cradle of Sweden and this can really be felt when spending time here. The biggest asset is the family atmosphere the owners, and in particular Patrick, create. Patrick makes time to answer questions, give advice and gives you that genuine feeling he is interested in his guests and proud of his hotel and Mora and will go the extra mile to see smiling happy faces. The breakfast is amazing, the trainstation Mora Strand is at very short walking distance and bikes can be rented at the hotel, which we did to reach Nusnäs to visit Dalahäst factories. Rooms are comfortable and the spa facilities really make you relax from the daily hustle and bustle at home...

Ability to hire bikes. Accessibility to Zorn Museet and Vasaloppet trail. Quality dining in restaurant for evening meal.

No option to dine in restaurant on Sunday evening or purchase drinks from bar. We’re given option of kettle and tea/coffee in room which helped. More suitable lighting in room where comfy chairs were located. Blackout blinds would have been good to block out more light overnight.

Large room. Wonderful view. Comfortable settee to relax. Comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast. Excellent location near restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Under 15 mins walk to railway and bus station

There was a step in the middle of the room that I nearly tripped over but otherwise no complaints at all

Mora Hotell is a lovely place, and probably the best place to stay in Mora.

I have been there before, and they had a nice breakfast buffet. This time however, the hotel was very full, and the hardworking staff struggled to keep the buffet fresh - simply stretched over their limit. Otherwise, no complaints (:

Very clean and fresh. Nice breakfast. Great location. Very quiet. Easy to park the car. Friendly staff.

No provisions for making a cup of tea or coffee in the room. This should be basic in a hotel/spa of this standard. A bottle of mineral water would also have been welcome on arrival.

Super comfortable bed! Perfect location for our needs. Great staff. Great bar & restaurant. Wonderful breakfast. We got lucky and found a parking spot onsite.

Blackout curtains could do a better job of blacking out… even at the darkest of night.

Old school hotel or motel, nice quiet, right next to the near lake, gives you (in a good sense) a feeling of being a tourist in the 19th century (you can disconnect) and relax. The room was superbly clean and spacious with all needed facilites.

Great hotel, very well priced compared to what is offered and at a perfect location to both enjoy the view across the lake and also undertake some activities in the region!

Wonderful hotel with welness, included in room price. Perfect pool, whirlpool and sauna. Very enjoyed breakfast. Its in the Mora centre. Must reccomend!
