An excellent hotel that is comfortable and clean. A good choice at breakfast.

We checked in approximately 21.00 decided to use the hotel restaurant as the town had very little to offer. As the restaurant closed at 22.00 we entered at 21.45 knowing we only wanted a small meal nothing to big or complicated. The waiter obviously took displeasure to this and stared at his watch. This is not good customer service and not what hotel guests should expect. Not when you are paying the equivalent of £160 for a room. This obviously spoilt an otherwise comfortable stay.

Great breakfast! The crepe bar and ginger shots were my favorite 😍.. I loved the cookie room. Perfect location to train station, library, lake, etc. Friendly staff too! I recommend this place completely.

It would be great if restaurants all started wiping down baby chairs after they're used to guests don't have to clean off sticky crumbs before using them. It's odd to see yucky baby chairs all neatly stacked up in a nice clean restaurant. Pet peeve of mine, and it's by no means particular to this place only.

Stayed especially for the hotel Julbord and entertainment - fantastic on both counts. The adjoining night club allowed us more fun time. Room comfortable and warm with soft beds which I like. Garage parking under the hotel for the stay at only 120 per night is excellent value for money.

Very friendly staff, room was basic but comfortable and clean, breakfast was included and good. Be aware that the underground parking is charged per day - if you arrive late and there’s no space outside, you’ll have to pay.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room 🙂

The breakfast was a little underwhelming Lack of mini fridge in room especially in summer time is not so cool ( just a suggestion😇)

Great location for the train station and rest of the town. Nicely furnished generally although some areas of the hotel still look a bit 1980s. But you get that a lot in Sweden. Breakfast had plenty choice and was reasonable quality. Wifi worked well both in room and public areas. Hotel staff very nice and allowed me to check in at 11am, which was helpful for an event I was attending.

Being on the 8th floor. The lift was slow. The sink in the bathroom didn’t empty very quickly and it sometimes took a long time to get hot water. More staff needed at breakfast to keep food moving and tables cleared.

Good service by personel in arrangement special diet request for the breakfast. I asked for 2 dl of fat free milk and some fat free yogurt for morning for 4 years old dayghter. The personel arranged 1 litre of milk and several tastes of yougurt, probably close to 1,5 kg! Nice baths in the basement to relax after a long day driving.

The hotel itself has seen its best days. The furnitures in the rooms are a bit outdated, one can see that the hotel was built some 50-60 years ago. The hotel rooms and the gym are without air conditioner. Nassjö city itself is not the most attractive, police seemed to have a lot of job on the main square on the Friday evening. Not so many activities either, not in the city, nor in surrounding areas.

I really liked the hotel, the price is great, the breakfast is great, you can choose how much and what to eat. the room is cozy, the cots for children are very comfortable

Every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. No one thing stands out especially. View from the window was a bonus.

A very minor point is that it was immediately obvious where the Hotel's parking was; I parked nearby and was then directed in accordingly.

Location was Super, along with Food at Hotel. Cozy rooms and staffs ready to assist. Overall loved to stay. Worth the money spent.
