Sauna&breakfast are lovely! Views facing water are better than looking from back of hotel floors 7&up so spring for a superior room or ask for a free upgrade although I don’t know if the young staff would be wise enough to do it? It would be better customer service/relations for a chain!

Water kettle in room like in my first hotel Juergen Koch in malmo and a bathrobe weren’t in the STANDARD room but I didn’t realize if I had a superior room in malmo but it must’ve been a free upgrade that they didn’t even tell me, I just got it before. Hotel seemed pretty empty do they could’ve done that

The staff was efficient. friendly, and htelpful. The entrance was easier to find it contrast to my original visit almost 2 years ago. Breakfast was excellent with fresh items constantly being provided.

It was difficult to determine where the hotel parking was. Fortunately, there was a single, and only 1 marked handicapped parking spot identified. Although the room had sufficient electrical outlets, none were outfitted with charging ports to charge electrical devices. This includes lamps, both wall mounted and desk lamps. Beside tables were very small and had limited funcunability. Although the breakfast was excellent, I had one glass of orange juice that was more water than juice.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with our family and children. The rooms were very clean, tidy, and spacious – perfect for both adults and kids. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. We truly felt well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for families with children and for anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

We stayed in this hotel unexpectedly due to a medical emergency, so the location close to the hospital was perfect for us. The staff went above and beyond to call an ambulance and check on us. They were very flexible and comprehensive. Special thanks to Patrick who was extremely helpful and supportive.

The rooms, although a bit small, are well equipped and very clean and quiet. Hotel staff are friendly. In case you get a room in the higher floors (like the 10th or 11th floor) you are elevated from the somewhat uninspiring surroundings of the place (fast food joints, gas station, supermarket) and you get a view that is quite pretty.

A fire-alarm had gone off, little after 07:15 am during our first stay. We were 'in transit' in Jonkoping - travelling many miles from home and making our way to Stockholm. We needed good sleep. The alarm was persistent. There was no intercom. We had left the room and were about to negotiate 11 floors to rush to safety, when the alarm stopped. The hotel manager was empathic. He told me that somebody on the 4th floor had caused the alarm to go off and that the person had already left the hotel. He gave me his card and offered us a free roomnight to make up. I actually made use of it on the way back from Stockholm.

Pretty stunning view from the 9th floor window, not the lake, but sunset over the hill spectacular too. Spacious room, good bed (not too soft), decent soundproofing. Ample free parking, main shopping mall in 5 min, few fast food joints and a petrol station next door.

Very basic breakfast with almost no vegetables (few salad leaves and some roughly chopped cucumbers) or warm food (severely overdone scramble and bacon, only pancakes decent). You won't be hungry but that's it.

Good location next to the road, restaurants and gasoline station. Clean, well kept rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast proper.

Shower head was malfunctioning, airco was noisy, sauna and gym not available.

Nice and clean room for the three of us. Airconditioning worked really well! We ised the sauna and sportsarea. They were a bit outdated but still enjoyed it anyway. Very friendly and helpfull staff!

On first sight the location looked a bit off. Two fastfoodrestaurants and a petrolstation/carwash in front of the hotel. But it wasn’t a problem at all!

Free parking. Very simple and practical. Easy access to the highway. Very quiet area. Very good breakfast.

We didn’t have room cleaning on a couple of days. It seems there is a shortage of staff. However, it didn’t bother us at all.

It was clean, the breakfast was lovely and the people working there were really friendly.
