The staff is very friendly and the service is personal. The hotel is close to the railway station, but no noise were to hear at all. And in general, the hotel appeared like as we were the only guests until we have seen other people on the breakfast. The breakfast is not so rich as in the big hotels, but the service and the room was definitely better than in some Scandics usually are. Great thanks to the people on the reception!

Alway there could be found some disadvantages and I recognise some things mentioned in other reviews like reception is not always open etc., but there is nothing crucial. Maybe the opening times of the receptions could be more clearly added to the description. But as mentioned, cannot say anything negative.

I usually dont give out reviews, since I feel hotels are often the same, but for this hotel I felt I really needed to, this one is different. There is something welcoming and "feels like home" attitute about this one. The staff is simply amazing. The woman at the reception always happy to see her guests and filled with energy. Rooms are nice and big. Everything very clean and the location is about 100meters from where I got of the train when I got here. I highly reccomend this hotel, specially for the fantastic attitute of its staff.

The only thing I can think off is the beds are soft, like they tend to be in Sweden....

accommodation at the station - 1 minute walk from the train or bus. Although the hotel is at the station and on the main road, the windows perfectly isolate the surrounding noise. Room amenities are sufficient. Breakfast on the ground floor is varied, everyone can choose. The reception staff are nice and helpful. I appreciate the possibility of good coffee at the reception for free. The city center is 5 minutes walk. I will definitely use the hotel again in the future.

The decor of the hotel was very cozy, the staff were friendly, the check-in procedure was simple and felt personalized with handwritten envelopes. The room was clean. We loved that our children each had their own bed already set up, the rain shower and the mini fridge in the room were a nice suprise, overall the room amenities were exceptional! Breakfast was very cozy and delicious. The central location was perfect for our needs. Thank you, we hope to come back :)

For us, the stay was perfect. One thing of note for some people is that the room was quite warm in summer.

This very charming hotel could not be in a better location. Next door to the train station (with its sizeable taxi stand) and down the street from our car rental. Our hostess, Hanna, really enhanced our experience with her cheerful disposition and recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Orebro is worth a visit! We used it as a base for exploring family roots farther north, but had time to walk quite a bit and enjoy the beautiful river, park/garden, castle and other old buildings.

All was great. There even was parking for our rental.

A beautiful bed and breakfast style hotel. Clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast room to enjoy a nice variety. Great location right next to bus and train station. Offered luggage storage after we checked out.

We didn't have any issues checking in (the owner actually called me and stayed back just to greet us) but met a family who had to wait outside for a bit as reception isn't covered 24/7. So maybe be in contact about what time you're checking in beforehand just in case!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of tasty options to start the day. The location is also very convenient – just a 10-minute walk to the town center, making it easy to explore. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

A small hotel with comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, and really exceptional service from the staff. (Note, however, that during early afternoon and overnight there is no staff member on site; they can be reached by phone, though.) Hanna especially was super helpful regarding our early arrival, as well as answering questions about Örebro and giving us an excellent restaurant recommendation: Gamla Örebro cafe in the Wadköping open air museum. Although it is next to the train station the double windows keep out all train noise so we slept very well. We also took advantage of the bar offerings in the late afternoon, and enjoyed sitting outside with our drinks at the picnic tables outside the hotel. We had a rental car during our stay and were able to park in one of the hotel’s parking spots in front of the building for a reasonable charge per day. (If you do not have a car, there are plenty of taxis available at the train station and numerous city buses stopping just south of the station.) We highly recommend the hotel and would happily stay there again.

I really liked the hotel - tbh I mainly booked it because it was next to the train station, but it really surpassed my expectations. The hotel is in a historic villa just next to the station and rail tracks, so very convenient (and also not far from the city center). Inside, I really liked the vibe; very clean and with lots of historic details and a wonderful large breakfast room. The reception is at the breakfast buffet counter, the owner/receptionist who checked me in was very friendly. Buffet breakfast was simply the best that I have eaten in a business hotel in a long time; great local food, lots of choices and a lot of special touches (smoothies, ginger shots). Great coffee. The room was a one-bedroom, small, but well-equipped, with lots of nice touches and a very comfy bed. And it was absolutely quiet; I could not hear anything through the windows. Special thanks to the owner, who seemed to run the place on her own, always with a smile, and managed to give it such an individual feel that it felt like a B&B with hotel amenities. Definitely also my choice for the next stay in Örebro.

Only a small quibble: The reception and check-in is only possible during a very limited timeframe, so you need to plan your arrival accordingly - perhaps it would be better to market the property as a B&B or make this info more visible. At night, there is no reception staff on site, but the owner is available through phone and text and managed to resolve a colleague's issue with luggage storage very speedily.

Perfect area - you get to Örebro, no luggage to lug around, you're at your accommodation in two minutes. Within walking distance of the centre. Perfect breakfast, very nice staff. Meticulous cleaning, clean. The rooms are a bit smaller and there is no wardrobe, which is a bit less comfortable for a longer stay, but otherwise very nicely decorated! I would definitely come back.
