Brilliant! I had a great stay at Scandic Grand Hotel in Örebro! The staff was excellent - patiently explained everything, gladly helped, and always welcomed me with a smile! The breakfast was amazing!!! So much to chose from! The location is close to the center and most importantly for me - very quiet. Scandic is my favourite chain of hotels!

My experience with the hotel couldn't be much better! The breakfast was small but good and really fresh, an the rooms were really nice and clean!
The one little thing that i did not like is that the room had 2 beds put together instead of a single double bed. but this was just a minor inconvenience and to be honest a bit nit picky.

I have selected this hotel because I was staying there couple of years ago. My overall impression was very good. Tasty breakfast, helpful and polite staff. My request for the earlier check-in was accepted. Safe and spacious underground parking. Close to shops, restaurants and castle.
Expensive parking.

Good location, close to everything yet quiet. Smooth check-in. Excellent breakfast. Impeccably clean. Very helpful personal. Fast and convenient wifi connection.
The double bed is in fact two single beds placed side by side. Shower flow is too week. Driving out from the underground garage is not self obvious even for a rocket scientist like me.

The breakfast was fabulous, so much choice.
The room was exceptionally hot. One night it was 14°c and I had to have the window open and the fan on to be able to sleep.

Good location. Very clean.
They said they had parking available when booking but the parking garage was full and they didn’t provide any alternative from their side. Part of reason I choose this hotel was because of parking.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice, the staff were incredible, all of them so helpful and friendly, we can’t wait to come back! Such a lovely hotel!

Well located. Good service. Great breakfast. Nice lobby decoration. Decent gym. Clean.
I have booked this hotel specifically to use the sauna and spa facility and only when I asked how to use it in the reception I got the information that it was closed for renovation. At least the gym was still working.

It is a perfect place to discover the city. They have also a garage for car parking.
The outside tables next to the main entrance was close.

Breakfast was exxcellent. Location good as well.
Wifi in the breakfast area did not work. Should not be too difficult to make it work there as well.
