Excellent hotel with friendly and helpful staff and an absolutely amazing breakfast; gym is good although I did not try the spa (not sure if was open)

Everything was good - if forced to give an answer perhaps I could complain about the fruit juice at the breakfast being from concentrate instead of fresh/not from concentrate. But if that was the worst thing I guess this is a pretty decent hotel.

Brilliant! I had a great stay at Scandic Grand Hotel in Örebro! The staff was excellent - patiently explained everything, gladly helped, and always welcomed me with a smile! The breakfast was amazing!!! So much to chose from! The location is close to the center and most importantly for me - very quiet. Scandic is my favourite chain of hotels!

My experience with the hotel couldn't be much better! The breakfast was small but good and really fresh, an the rooms were really nice and clean!

The one little thing that i did not like is that the room had 2 beds put together instead of a single double bed. but this was just a minor inconvenience and to be honest a bit nit picky.

I have selected this hotel because I was staying there couple of years ago. My overall impression was very good. Tasty breakfast, helpful and polite staff. My request for the earlier check-in was accepted. Safe and spacious underground parking. Close to shops, restaurants and castle.

Expensive parking.

Good location, close to everything yet quiet. Smooth check-in. Excellent breakfast. Impeccably clean. Very helpful personal. Fast and convenient wifi connection.

The double bed is in fact two single beds placed side by side. Shower flow is too week. Driving out from the underground garage is not self obvious even for a rocket scientist like me.

Comfortable room and bed. Very good breakfast. Very helpful receptionist who helped me to sort out getting the correct app for local buses.

The location is withjn a short walk of the centre. Breakfast was ok, and shower was excellent

The breakfast was fabulous, so much choice.

The room was exceptionally hot. One night it was 14°c and I had to have the window open and the fan on to be able to sleep.

Good location. Very clean.

They said they had parking available when booking but the parking garage was full and they didn’t provide any alternative from their side. Part of reason I choose this hotel was because of parking.

Breakfast was amazing, so much choice, the staff were incredible, all of them so helpful and friendly, we can’t wait to come back! Such a lovely hotel!
