The location is beautiful, right on the lake & there are some nice hiking trails close by & you can even hike around the entire lake! Every room has a lake view & a deck. Rooms have kitchen with small fridge & coffee makers. The chef was very helpful & told me about the hiking trails, I had a great time!

I would just add screens on the doors, they have easy removable screens on a pole that you could install for spring & summer when the mosquitoes are out.

We used the Lakelodge as a day stop because one of us had an operation at Karlskoga Hospital, so we only needed the room for a couple of hours with our dog. The Lakelodge is easy to find, and the room was a good size, clean and had a nice view. Good places for walking a dog also. The bathroom was generous and warm with underfloor heating as it was a very cold day. The price of the room was excellent value for money, and for a day stop, this is a functional hotel. We did have some investigation to do with access etc, which I will explain in "Not Like", but the staff at Lannalodge, both Sandra and Carina were very pleasant and did their best to help us and organised an early entry at 12pm. We left the lodge at 3pm.

This is a staff-less hotel and you must contact Lannalodge, the parent company to enact payment and access. This is not made clear at the point of booking on Booking.com- We had to make several calls and the information was not readily given so one had to find things out as you went along. This was stressful. Comfort-wise the room was cold and it was a very cold day. My husband exited his room at 3pm but felt it would have been uncomfortable to overnight there. On Booking.com it states there's no parking, but there is parking. The traffic is loud from the main road, but this is not the lodge's fault. The Lodge provided ear-plug in the room, so a longer stay is not advisable.

We spent a lovely afternoon by the lake, sat out on the little terass outside the room. Perfect evening. Dinner at the restaurant very good. There is also a 14K walk around the lake.

When I got the confirmation from the hotel, I reacted on the note informing you of making an unnecessary phonecall to the reception would cost you SEK 500.

Very clean and great service the breakfast bag was a real bonus very easy with the code to the door. Text to me charging points for electric car facilities are fantastic absolutely stunning location quite secluded and beautiful.

There’s honestly nothing I didn’t like about the place

We liked Everything, The room was Great and clean , the view was amazing and the bag in the fridge with snacks was a great find! Sonja from the Help center has been nothing short than amazing and the meal we had at the restaurant was 5 stars too !!

The location is breath-talking and the room was well equipped with all necessary facilities. Ample car parking is available and the surrounding is really really awesome.

Nothing at all and the everything was perfect according to our expectations

Very flexible check in since it’s unmanned and you have a private code. The room was exactly what we needed. Quiet, very clean, well equipped, and overall comfortable.

The breakfast that was left for us was not one that we would typically eat.

The back door was really difficult to close and the beds kept on moving and separating. Not nice for couples trying to have a good time

Very beautiful location on the lakeside. Clean, cozy room equipped with a tv and a fridge. Large parking space next to the lodge. The property is unmanned but you get all the necessary information via e-mail or sms in advance.

The location was amazing, and I felt very relaxed straight away. Stunning views acroaa the lake. Could ask for a better stay.
