I had read some bad reviews, but those was probably made by some angry people. Checkin went smooth. The room and the bed was big and comfy. Big bathroom. Clean and better then I excepted

No shoehorn in the room. A little bit hot in the room, took me a while to figure out that i could change the termostate. Windows was childproof, but could be opened. A strange weak smell in the room. At checkin i was told that they could get a breakfast bag for me, since i was checking out early, bit that was NOT arranged. Thankfully they opened the breakfast earlier then said, so I got a few minutes to make a couple of sandwiches, but that was done in a hurry....

Room was clean and functional, nothing particularly fancy, but sufficient for a short stay. Bedroom and bathroom were comfortable and no issues experienced. Lication in the city centre was very good and close to all transport links. Breakfast selection was good and there was something for everyone I had a meal at the restaurant on the ground floor that was very good.

Breakfast and check out were at the hotel across the road which is a little unusual, but no big deal.

Our stay in hotel Hjalmar was lovely! We arrived pretty late but the nice staff made sure that we have all the information and welcomed us very kindly. The breakfast was superb too, they even opened it 30 min earlier for us since we had an early morning. Our room was so spacious and comfy with everything we needed. And ofc, the location was just right - 2min away from the bus/train station and 2min away from the castle/center of the city. We stayed there for the first time, but it won't be the last.

I sincerely have nothing bad to say about our stay except that our stay could have been longer.

Great location, right in the downtown area and a quick walk to everything like restaurants, the Castle, grocery store, Sytembologet, stores, etc. Room was small but everything needed for a solo traveler. Reception was friendly.

Elevator was broken during part of my stay and I had to carry my heavy roller bags in two trips to check out, no ice machine or vending but only minor issues to me. Breakfast was across the street which I never got a chance to try and find or try. My view was a parking lot with construction but luckily the windows blocked most of the sound and I was gone during the majority of the construction but couldn't open the window to let air in due to the noise.

The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. I felt at home. I would like to thank Natalie and Phillipe as well all the other people I've met there. They know how to make you feel at home.

I couldn't stay longer because I'm looking for student discounts. Yet, if there's any promotions (price discounts), I will look forward to come back soon.

The room was very clean, the bed linen was crisp and fresh and the bed was comfortable. The room had a kettle, which is a bonus. Great location, close to train station and town centre. Reception staff appeared friendly. Would stay again.

Towels were thin but smelled clean. Breakfast was served in a hotel across the road, which was understandable as the hotel was getting refurbished. Had to collect the key from the hotel across the road, and I would have liked a more personal reception, but only a minor inconvenience Would have liked tissues to be available in the room.

Shower was a bit broken. When arriving late, the outdoor should say that you need to go to Hotel Örebro. Now I only saw it inside at the closed-reception's door after another visitor had let me in. The wifi info could be also in the rooms.

Pretty looking hotel and we had a nice sized room. Convenient distance from the train station, with friendly staff. Close distance to a local supermarket and we had a fridge available in our room. Short walk to the town centre.

The breakfast was served in the basement of the hotel located directly opposite. The breakfast was extremely basic, the coffee was pretty awful and the boiled eggs were green! However what can you expect for the price we payed.

In Booking indicates that there is no parking at the hotel. In fact, there is parking, but you need to book in advance (it was full). Street parking is free on weekends, which the administrator could not explain. Shower faucet needs replacing

Location excellent, beautiful building, lovely breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable big bed.

Our room was a small one, and was a bit cramped. We were unluckily directly over the downstairs bar on Saturday night, which played loud music, however this only went until midnight.
