Our stay at Hotel Bele in Trollhättan was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to Annika’s outstanding hospitality. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel truly welcome—almost as if we were visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. The cozy living room provided the perfect setting for a traditional Swedish fika, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Breakfast was another highlight, offering a delightful start to the day with a variety of delicious options. What truly set this stay apart was Annika’s thoughtful gesture of preparing sandwiches for us, knowing we would be returning late. It’s these small, heartfelt touches that make Hotel Bele feel like a true home away from home. We highly recommend this charming hotel and look forward to returning!

everything was perfect

The personell are excellent. So genuine, accommodating, and friendly. The location is right in the middle of town. The price is reasonable. The style is old fashioned and comfortable.

There were 2 minor inconveniences. First, the TV did not work. Fortunately, we didn't need it. Two, the bathroom floor was cold. The room was however warm. Another issue, far beyond the hotels control was that the city was completely renovating the street and water pipes right outside the hotel. Fortunately, the city did not work on the weekend.

Location in downtown was excellent, close to bus and train, as well as supermarket and dining facilities. Breakfast was well rounded including bread, cereal, fruits and warm meat. Personnel was kind, friendly and helpful, able to advice me on locations to visit. They also have free local maps for those that want to find their own way. Room had all basic facilities like a bed, desk, closet and bathroom, as well as some more advanced like a hairdryer and fridge.

There was a mix-up when I arrived and there was no room for me! That was a poor start. But, once that was sorted, my stay was excellent. The staff was kind and helpful. The food at the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean. The location was excellent---central to everything. The price was good. I couldn't ask for more. I strongly recommend Hotell Bele.

The most exciting thing about my stay was the attitude of the personnel of the hotel, starting with the reception and finishing with the farewell, that definitely creates the most beautiful perception of the place and service provided! Special thanks to Gunilla, very kind and empathic person, a living embodiment of hospitality! Other important aspects are the coziness of the hotel, the convenience of the location, the state of the room facilities, the cleanliness and neatness, and probably the most delicious breakfasts in the area, that fully illustrate the friendliness and guest-orientation of the Swedish culture! In general, this was one of the most gorgeous experiences I have ever had staying in hotels! Great job!

I have been coming here for 16 years. You are always greeted with a smile from the ladies who run the hotel. Location is convenient, the rooms are comfortable and breakfast has always been great.

It can be a little difficult to park the car in the hotel car park. Though thats a fact of old buildings.

The hotel was nice and cozy. The staff were amazing and it had a great location. We had a small issue with the room and they changed it instantly

It is difficult to point anything because the atmosphere was personal and suited business travelling well. Improvements: to suggest the Gym Nordic Wellnes had been a great bonus.

I've been coming here for almost 20 years on and off. It's always a good feeling to return and to be welcomed back each time. The ladies that run the hotel are lovely and very accommodating.

I loved the old aesthetic of the hotel. Location was easy to get to by walking from the train station. Only 10 minutes. Room was small but cozy. Staff were lovely and I enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The homemade raspberry jam was to die for!
