The location was excellent. Nearby beaches and lovely walking areas. The pool and games area was very good. Lots of different areas to relax. Very good restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Because it is a large hotel, breakfast is very crowded and the buffet area does not work well with so many people, so it makes it very unpleasant to get your food.

Room with balcony were very comfortable and tastefully decorated, facilities were extensive including hot tubs and spa. Great views and access to sun decks etc. Obviously a very family or group focussed location.

Initiatlly off putting due to the size of the complex - multi level and a bit maze like - could be a long trudge from reception to the room.

They misled us about our dog. Clearly stated in our booking. Then on re-confirming a few weeks before they denied it and - whoops- they had no more pet-friendly rooms available. I must say I felt very deceived, One of us had to drive 20kms away to stay in a hut at a campsite with our pet. For this reason I would not book here again

Fantastic view of the water – if you have a room facing that direction. Clean and tidy everywhere, the breakfast is really good and the staff is friendly. Affordable compared to other hotels in the city.

If I have to say anything negative, it is that it feels a bit like an educational facility, simple materials in a rapid expansion.

Second time here this year. Discoveted they have free ice cream and candies. Pool tables, table tennis, several chess tables and shuffle boards, Football game and extensive lounge area. This time breakfast was excellent and plentifull. Only thing was no artificial sweeteners but I carried my own.

There was extreme odour of fish in the elevator.

A clean and spacious room with comfortable bed and big bathtub. The room was new and clean. We arrived last minute while travelling and the staff was very nice to welcome us. A very delicious traditional meal of Swedish meatballs was a nice warm dish waiting upon our arrival. Electric car charging available.

Great location with decent altitude and family room facing the sea was great.

Kids were disappointed that Swimming is only eligible for 16+ years, didn’t see this info during booking and spa was closed too which was not mentioned beforehand.

A great hotel five minutes drive from the center of Uddevalla. Didn't look too great from the outside, but was excellent on the inside. Nice cosy room, amazing breakfast, and it had a nice touch with chess, foosball, shuffleboard and pool to occupy myself and my teen kids in the evening. Great to have overnight EV charging, although the capacity was not higher than 3,5 kw. But it was good for a reasonable price at this day and age.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance. The TV was ridiculously small. The foosball table needed repair.

Very nice room. Got a suite. Big swimming pool, several options in SPA. Will return here.

A bit of a walk. 2 elevators and a bridge considering I am dissabled and asked for close quarters. Breakfast was a bit spread around and sparse at 09:30. They had recommended late breakfast as a football conference was there until 0900

Great stay, really cosy and clean. Swimming pool and spa area contribute to a very relaxing experience. Uddevalla is also a strategic place to reach fantastic nearby locations (if you have got a car).
