Very comfy bed, nice elegant practical room (hangers and place to put your stuff without being in the way). Very good choice of breakfast and really nice visually pleasing restaurant and a pub. Plus price wise good value. The fact that it has plenty of parking spaces even if central location The very friendly receptionist. Elegant lobby.

The shower. It was clean and big but it seems that like in all the hotels we'be been, for some reason is cheaper to have just an half door that separates the shower so obviously u are gonna get water outside the shower. It wasnt huge amounts and it did dried fast but it blows my mind everytime. At least put a scraper somewhere, i dont care about elegance i want not to wet my socks when i go in the bathroom

Excellent breakfast selection. Staff were helpful and the WiFi worked well. Car park at the rear of the building was great. Bathroom and bedroom were very clean.

Parking was expensive. My room overlooked the street and there was noise around midnight even on a Sunday and again soon after 6am. The old double glazing really doesn't make any difference. Would suggest if staying here, request a room not facing the street.

Clean and nice hotel

The staff didn't have basic knowledge about the hotel they work in,the gym and spa was not open, the restaurant is not open on Sunday,and the lobby staff would not sell me beer that was right in front of me on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed all day so i had to go to a bar to get beers 🍻

The hotel met my needs. I liked the Asian Fusion restaurant attached to the hotel.

I would have liked my room cleaned and made up daily but not a major issue. Having to use an app for parking was problematic for me but I paid the hotel and I think they paid it. Thank you.

The breakfast was excellent both in quality and variety. The presentation and organisation were both very good.

The concrete stumps in the car park were placed in an awkward position. I hit them along with another guest too .

Outdated bedroom, housekeeping only on request, the showers at the sauna were out of service, the heating in the gym was 30 degrees or so (too hot for a workout), the bar can be extremely crowded sometimes

Perfect location. Excellent access from car park to rooms. Handy for keeping an eye on my motorcycle. Handy the hotel has a pub attached. Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful- finding me a heater to help dry my wet motorcycle gear!

The building itself was ugly concrete on the outside but inside the decor and the rooms were very stylish!

location location, parking was easy, about 100meters from hotel. The hotel is down town and delivers all you did expect. Harry's resturant is highly reccommended Kålgårdsbergs gatan 8. And yes, we will come back :)

As for the hotel, we have no complaints at all. The town looks a bit dull, like slowly dying.

Beds and pillows are excellent , the room was spacious, very clean and quiet. Staff is helpful and discreet. I loved the pub. Breakfast was very nice. Very nice location near bus terminal Kampenhof and city center

Breakfast times finishibg at 9 am was a bit too early,. I wished it woukd go at least until 10 am so I could sleep a bit longer. No airconditioning in my room and decor needs an uplift, but its a lovely hotel anyway
