We appreciated that we could travel with our dog, as it was a pet friendly spa. They even set up our room with dog bowls and trays upon our arrival. Such a sweet touch.

Amazing SPA hotel just next to one of the Fjords on the west coast of Sweden. Spectacular location! Great facilities, excellent SPA, as well as outdoor pool and sea access for an easy swim with sauna overlooking the water! There was also an outdoor gym, tennis court etc that we unfortunately didnt have time to try. One of the best breakfast buffets ever! Well worth a visit, and will be back!

The staff was not their strong side… from the reception to the SPA, and to even worse at the restaurant in the evening. It’s a pity, if they could get this better, it would be top notch!

Great restaurants. The Tapas option was amazing. Great pool area with nice saunas and spa treatment options. Great live music at night by the bar. Spacious room. I will definitely come back.

The music Saturday was a but too loud and it went u til very late, so it was hard to sleep. I would recommend having a but lower the sound boxes, on Friday night for example, the live music was great and didn’t sound so loud so it was not possible to hear from the bedroom.

Nice spa hotel quietly located, rather perfect spot to stay during two rainy, foggy days. The pools were nice and it was not too crowded. Kids happy with the pool tables and fussball in the lounge area.

The opening hours for kids permitted in the spa during the morning was very limited, only between 07.30-08.30. As breakfast serving was open until 9.30 getting ready for breakfast felt a bit hasty. Would be nice if breakfast was until 10 AM. Menu bit overpriced.

Nice hotel. I enjoyed the seaside sauna, outdoor pool, and swimming in the ocean. Walking trail through the woods is great, and not too muddy even in the rain. The breakfast food is good, with lots of options. We tried the restaurants and enjoyed the tapas.

Only minor critiques: they need a bit more parking (it gets full at night); the mini golf course wasn’t great; and the coffee quality at breakfast let it down slightly. Service was a but patchy in the tapas restaurant on the night we were there, because they were short-staffed.

One of the best SPA hotels on the West (Best) Coast. There are a lot of pools with different water temperatures and aromas, as well as excellent wet and dry saunas. One sauna is right near the fjörd. The breakfast was amazing. Affordable EV charging with tens of available slots. Extremely helpful staff - helped us after the bite of jellyfish.

Our room was directly above the entrance to the hotel. Therefore, we permanently heard the sound of the door-opening arm during the day and night. The bathroom/shower was not too much comfortable. The slot system to visit SPA made us rush, but, in fact, it was not super strict.

Good breakfast and excellent restaurant. Love the location - good walks etc. Comfortable beds although the rooms are rather small.

They must change the menu more often - we stayed three nights and ran out of choices (we had booked half pension with breakfast and dinner. We stayed there in April and the crazy golf and tennis courts were not open - no reason - the weather was fine.

Very nice location, very nice facilities, good breakfast. We stayed just one night, but think.its a good place to spent some days:).

Air conditioning could get less noisy in the night. The cleaning staff seems to wash the cups with the soap of the bath. Has a very strange smell. It hangs also in the room. We didn't particularly liked that smell.

Everything. The Wow Factor, the spa, the attention to details, quietness, beauty, the gym, eating options with both bar lounge and fancy restaurant, the quality of the food offering. The Location. We came for the global series in Stockholm, and booking the Vann Hotel brought us off road which was amazing, brought us to discover beautiful fall landscapes in both Sweden and Norway.

Great breakfast for that price, the views are a big plus. The people working there should get a raise, very nice and helpfull!

The meals were tiny for what you pay. for example 7 meatballs but only a bit of a mash potatoes. Also the beds are not that comfy. But the rest is great!
