We spent 6 nights in the hotel everything was fine the staff was kind and helpful. Our room was a little bit cold but they provided a heater immediately when we asked for help. The room was comfortable and clean. The indoor sauna is big enough and has a window with a nice view to the river. The breakfast is very variety.

The dinner could be improved (only one type of main course and soup was only available 3 times during the week.)

Conveniently located if you’re taking a ferry, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Rooms are quite small but clean and comfortable, beds were comfortable too. In the bathroom, there’s soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. We really appreciated that dinner and breakfast were included in the price and were of very good quality and variety, especially breakfast. The hotel also has a nice garden by the water, we enjoyed spending time there. The staff was friendly and professional.

Pillows were too big, couldn’t really sleep on them

Friendly staff. Fast check in. Amazing view from hotel to the lake, nice interior design in hotel. Highly recommended

A small hotel with a nice view of the river from the garden. Breakfast and dinner were good and included in the rate. Private free parking in front of the hotel.

The room was very basic, and the walls had some stains I found a tea bag stuck to the wall and some dust on the shelf. The room isolation is not the best, and you could hear noise from the next room.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was comfortable and in a great location for the airport whilst also being close to the town centre. The price was very good for dinner, bed and breakfast. We had an early flight and so a breakfast was made up for us.

Very good value for money. Clean rooms, good breakfast and evening buffet. Friendly staff. Riverside patio area is also very nice for dinner or breakfast on a sunny day.

The room was a bit dark. Some kind of Ceiling lamp would be nice. The location is not ideal for walking given that the hotel is located in an industrial zone.

A nice place with a good breakfast and lovely garden with a view on the river. Additional activities available like sauna on the river. Great to have dinner included into the stay as well!

Room was air conditioned (I did not find a regulator) to be quite cold, so maybe not ideal for a person who gets cold easily.

The location is superb. It is around 10min walk from the airport. We also walked to the city in 30-40 mins. The hotel is along the river and the views are gorgeous. The breakfast and dinner (which is free and included) are superb. We just loved our stay.

I love their reception. The staff is very helpful, especially Oluf and Asa. Their hospitable personalities add warmth to your stay. Their free dinner and breakfast are just a plus. If I'm coming back to Umeå, I will definitely choose this place.

Being next to the river in the summer time was quite nice. My guess is that the location is not really great for the winter time unless you want to be close to the airport in which case is great

The personnel were not very service minded/friendly. It should be easier to get a smile
