Everything was perfect. They were just a few things to add to make it super Duper one is they need to have more hangers so somewhere one can dry clothes after washing a small detail. There was no bottle opener nor a pan to cook with, but they did supply it as soon as I requested . All it was a perfect Stay absolutely love your facilities.

Heard practice music sounds dull noise whilst in bedroom thought it was mechanical at first but was told a rock show was scheduled for our second night in the very close next door building and yes 7 till midnight it would be loud I was so disappointed but they very kindly offered an apt next door but one in another building..fantastic how helpful ..

I can only recommend a stay in the Donners Hotel, placed in a very nice area inside the wall ring and close to all attractions café and restaurants within walking distance. We got an upgrade to the three bedrooms apartment for free, and everything in the apartment was just perfect! The breakfast was excellent, a big buffet with both savory and sweet options. We had such a great time!

A little bit more information (we did not get the password for the WiFi) and some suggestions on the city's attractions and events at the reception would be nice. The pillows could have been more comfortable.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location and very good value for money. The room was spacious, clean and with extremely comfortable beds, we sleep like babies. WiFi was free and with no password. A nice little lounge area as well with two chairs and a table. Nice breakfast in a charming atrium with very nice staff. There is also free coffee available 24/7 (water kettle and nescafe). And speaking of staff, a very special mention must go to Mikaela, whos kindness and service mindedness needs a very special mention.

The only very slight complaints were that it was a bit chilly in the room and that the speed of the WiFi on the 4th floor varied quit a lot

Excellent location and friendly staff 

No parking, apartment was located on a very high floor and only steps to get there. We had lots of heavy luggage. No air conditioning, which is typical for these locations, but it was very hard to sleep, because the church bell rings every hour on the hour, and you must have your windows open in order to have any airflow. Also, beds are very Hard and uncomfortable. 

Location was perfect light in the apartment was beautiful, The beds were comfortable but pillows could be better quality.. The bathroom was perfect washer and dryer worked wonderfully.. they thought of almost everything..

The room was on the first floor so very close to the street and right above two restaurants so the smell of food , cigarettes and the noise was a bit disturbing it was warm outside I couldn’t keep the windows open if I wanted to go to bed at 11 o’clock . I would not recommend this room to people who have small children. The only things that were missing was dishwashing liquid and detergent for the washing machine and to make it perfect maybe a toaster.. they should add 10 more hangers…

The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and in a good location, but, notice, the building is next to a very noisy/loud bar, which stayed open till late. I suspect this is not the hotel's fault, but it was (very) hard to sleep.

Location is great, staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious, nothing fancy, but all what you need for a good day start!

My room was on the top floor and it was a bit noisy, otherwise all good

For such price, we have got a very good accomodation for two persons with separated beds: clean room, warm inside, in the center of city, breakfast was fully accomplished. We were met with a smile at reception, thought it was after midnight. We have gotten full service for our own meal including heating that, plates, dishwashing too, like in a restaurant. It was a pleasant surprise.

The 1 bedroom apartment 901 was just beautiful from the moment we opened the door we were thrilled. Great washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen, and seating for 6-8. Very comfortable beds and huge windows that open for a sea breeze. Great breakfast with lots of choice, fruit, veg, meat, cheese, yogurts, cereals, bread and pastries. Superb location inside the wall, close to the ferry and all sights. Staff just great 👍.
