The house/hotel is well maintained, distinctive and conveniently located in the old town area; easily walkable but very quiet. My room was spacious, immaculate, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The bed was very soft and comfortable with high quality linens and the perfect weight of duvet. The hosts were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fabulous with a wide variety of options.

My room was a little warm for my taste, but I just opened the window and used the fan provided for my comfort.

I wanted to stay in a typical building and the hotel was the perfect spot for me, I loved it, and the room wasso big, the bathroom as well, it was so great to experiment this. On the way to our room,we passed the garden which lookedso pleasant, but we didnt have time to sit there with a book. The owner was very nice and friendly, he let us drop our bags as we arrived early from Malmö and we came back at 3.30pm for check in. Breakfast was wonderful, there was even herring, so swedish we were delighted! We cannot recommend enough this place!

Good choice of cereals, fruit, cold meats and cheeses, lovely breads. Very healthy options. The location was excellent, maybe only a 10 min walk to the train station and bus station. The hotel is just off the main street where the shops and restaurants are but it was very quiet.

Very quaint olde worlde feel. Nice to be able to use sauna. Nice to have kettle in room plus opportunity to help oneself to afternoon drink near breakfast room

A very small thing but the handle inside the bathroom was lose when we arrived and almost fell off which would be a bit tricky from the inside.

This bed and breakfast was so charming. It’s in a historical half-timbered building with a small garden/patio in the middle. Staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was wonderful. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place with cute old-fashioned B&B decor (floral wallpapers and all).

Really special hotel in an old building. All the rooms were beautifully decorated with furniture that suited the atmosphere of the hotel. Location was good and it was easy to park the car in front of the hotel, at least during the weekend. A lot of options at the breakfast. Nice and quiet garden for guest to use.

The property is really nice and very well located. The rooms are comfortable and clean. All the staff are super nice and welcoming! The breakfast service they offered is like a 5 star hotel (super complete). I will recommend anyone that plans to visit Ystad to stay at this lovely hotel!

They didn’t have a parking lot

The hotel is located in an old, renovated building with a very cozy garden. A very atmospheric place. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The bed was large, comfortable and smelled of fresh linen. The breakfast was modest but very tasty. The location couldn't be better, right next to the market square.

This is a charming and cozy inn perfectly located in Ystad. We don't have a car and it is very easy to walk or cycle everywhere from this location. The rooms, the breakfast room, and the garden all feel like an old-school (that's a compliment!) hotel that has the personal touch. The owners are welcoming and helpful. Having a small refrigerator in the room is extremely helpful.

It would be good if the breakfast were more vegan-friendly: for example, if there were oat milk and non-dairy yoghurt on hand.
