We loved the location of the hotel - so easy to find from the train station - and all the staff were super friendly. Our room was comfortable and clean, and the Ortigia toiletries were a nice little bonus! Fabulous breakfast both mornings - so much choice and high quality produce.

We wish our room had had a better view - friends staying on another floor had a superior view to ours, which was an industrial landscape! The shower was a bit of an awkward design and size - we’re both slim but felt we didn’t have enough room to stand comfortable under the shower.

We stayed three days in a very comfortable room. The hotel is located next to the train and ferry station. You can leave your car at the parking lot and walk into town. The breakfast is excellent. Modern interior in a historic environment (former municipal swimming pool). Don’t forget to visit the roof top bar with a great view of harbour and town!

Room service was skipped on Sunday morning.

The hotel had modern decor, was clean, in a good location, and a great restaurant. Breakfasts and dinners were excellent. The staff was helpful and very nice.

This is a very nice, modern hotel with large rooms and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was really good with lots of different choices, great roof top bar with amazing view of Ystad. The location is great with easy access by car and just a few minutes walk to the center area. EV charging parking is limited (there are a few places close by but with limited hours) however regular parking is across the street and free on weekends. Great staff!

We had a very cozy and comfortable stay. The room was amazing, the staff very friendly and the services were great, especially the rooftop bar.

Very small shower - no extra beauty mirror - no possibility to set a cup of tea or coffee - very expensive - the food at the restaurant was way too salty - the sugar in the breakfast omelette

Good location. Central but not too central where you are getting lots of noise. Nice restaurant and facilities available in the hotel. Breakfast had a good selection

The bar in the foyer shut down quiet early. The rooftop wasnt accessible without the help of staff, sometimes the desk was very busy and this was not possible.
