Perfect location, just in the town center and close to the ferry and train station. Breakfast was really nice, especially the sausages were delicious. I personally loved the glazed ceramic decorations (bottles and "containers") on the stair way and around. The bed was comfortable too.

We cannot really complain anything. Only my husband did not like that the curtains did not darken the room and the light came into the room too early in the morning. :-)

Hotel is in grand historic restored building. Room was spacious and bed was very comfy

No mini fridge in room. I like to be able to have a cup of tea with milk but without a mini fridge I cannot store milk. I also like to chill water but again without a fridge this is not possible

Lovely hotel in charming town. The hotel is furnished to a high standard and the bedrooms a good size. Two comfortable chairs in a room for two people is always a good sign and this was the case in this hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A most enjoyable stay. Breakfast has good choices and we ate well in the restaurant for dinner.

Didn’t know our room would overlook road and railway line. Not a problem for us and had air conditioning but could be noisy if you wanted the window open overnight.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Few minutes walking from train station and ferry port. Cosy room, quiet, spacious, with a great bed. Room and bathroom were spotless clean. Fantastic breakfast and great value for money. Very kind staff.

Air con in the rooms would have been a bonus, but it’s an old building and this may not be possible.

Hotel in the city centre and close to waterfront. Very comfortable beds. Very charming furnitures. Nice staff.

More vegetarian/vegan options for breakfast would be nice. 1 sort of cheese but 5 sorts of cold meat/salmon

The restaurant experience was a flop. Maybe the staff was newcomers (beginning of the season). The manner how the order, food and drinks were served and collected wasn't professional.

Nice historical building With a marble wrought iron staircase, and stained glass windows. The room was fine. Excellent location for tourism, adjacent to the old town
