Lovely well appointed hotel with a great restaurant to eat with a view of the Mountains. Bedroom was small but had everything we needed, great quality to re fixtures and fittings. Staff were lovely.

Breakfast was a little limited, but acceptable.

Clean, pleasant spacious room. Bus for ski lift stops outside. Their Pizza restaurant was very good. Hotel felt warm and welcoming. Worked out well for us for a long weekend.

Breakfast selection minimal but may have been that day.

the restaurant isn’t really vegetarian friendly and they seem to be very inflexible with costumer requests. but if you like meat and you are into a pizza, then it’s nice to go there for eg dinner… and some times - depending on the room - you smell the kitchen…so you better don’t open the window while they are serving dinner ☺️

The room was really hot and couldn’t cool down even when opening the window. The bathroom is very basic, the shower tank gets filled in with water very quickly so kind of disgusting. The shower gel was empty. The breakfast is very poor so not worth the price

This hotel is down from the main village by about 400m. It is just about too far to walk with your skis on but could be done, if not you need to park at the lot next to the chair lift. Staff was very friendly, seemed like a friendly atmosphere in a typical Swiss alpine lodge.

We didn't have hot water in the shower and by the time you are undressed and looking forward to a hot shower at the end of your day, you have little desire to go down to the front desk and tell them. We told them the next morning.....The room was very small, just be prepared.

The breakfast is above the price. Chf 14.- for white bread. No choice. The “tresse” was dry and the croissants were frozen. Greasy and no taste. There was a poor choice of yogurts. Little choice of cheesecake, clearly not fresh. And they charged us twice the breakfast saying that we booked it when there was no proof. They showed us a paper that we did not sign. There was no way to make them accept our arguments. We are really angry. It was the second time that we booked the place. But we won’t come again And we will not recommend it anymore.
