Only stayed one night as we were driving through. Staff were incredibly helpful and the breakfast was fantastic.

We asked the hotel to store our bags (with passports and valuables in) on check out day whilst we skied and were assured they would be kept in a locked cupboard....this was not the case as when we went to collect them no key was used to enter the room containing the cupboard and the cupboard was unlocked... meaning anyone in the hotel (guest or staff) could have accessed our belongings.

The hotel was just what we were looking for. A comfy and clean hotel in a great location to go and relax after a big day skiing. Staff were really friendly. For a small hotel there really is everything you could ask for in terms of facilities. We both slept really well and the linen was great quality. Already planning to go back next year!

food in the hotel was superb, staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel has superb lounges to relax in and the spa is perfect for apres ski with a good size pool, sauna and steam room. the skiing area is excellent. perfect location for a great ski holiday

Such a lovely hotel, cosy, very friendly staff, spa facilities are great and even a personal driver to the slopes!

The breakfast is a bit limited and the morning chef couldn't cook eggs, poached or scrambled. However, the man looking after the restaurant, cleaning, topping up foods etc stepped in on the chef's day off and cooked an amazing breakfast!

Very convenient in the heart of Chatel. Had expected the room to be a little more luxurious at the price but it was a bit behind the level of the spa facilities ( excellent sauna/ hammaam pool and jacuzzi) and the lovely bar where we had delicious coffee whilst awaiting the rain to stop before setting off on the motorcycle

Hotel and facilities were all excellent Max and his staff were all very professional and very polite. Would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms were of a decent size and breakfasts were very good - not too busy. Bar was excellent and Max (the owner) was very polite and friendly

Overall hotel was first class. Only slight issue was that weren’t advised of hotel shuttle to ski lifts and to advise reception if wanted sauna / steam room turned on

The staff made you feel like a family member so friendly and helpful. The hotel is so beautiful with lovely decorative touches. Spa so relaxing especially the massage chair after skiing. Hired skis from there too soo easy. We Loved everything about the staff and the hotel. Amazing.

Wifi issues for a lot of the stay, and with no English tv channels and no mobile data available on that side of the hotel, it was tricky with a teenager to spend any time in the room when the wifi was down.

The staff were excellent, very warm and friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. We had a cozy room which was clean, and we'll equipped, the bed was very comfortable and the shower pressure was good although the shower cubicle was compact.

Excellent breakfast and location is right in the town centre close to all amenities.

A bit more explanation about the breakfast and some more attention - a lot of attention seems to go to French customers.
