The hotel was a 10 minute walk from the Super Chatel bubble lift and convenient for walking into the village to eat. The hotel communicated very well. It was comfortable and had good facilities.

Over priced at 20 euro per head it was very much over priced.. There was a nice selection of options but not worth the money charged.. would think again about taking the option of breakfast and would probably grab a coffee and pastry on the way to the lift

the staff were friendly especially Karolina went out of her way to make us comfortable. Margo was a pleasure to deal with also who learnt to make English tea!

room 27 had no shower/ hot water or water pressure but was nicely spacious. Room 41 was quite small but had all you needed. Kettle in the room would be an added touch. Restaurant was good but expensive.

our room didn’t have a stand up shower just a shower head in the bath. having said that I do believe we got the last room in the hotel and they did warn me it could be that way at booking.

Excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Only had breakfast once but it was very good and seemed to be locally sourced and produced. Swimming pool and wellness area was also top notch.

Think the Vegi burger was very disappointing and I would recommend the chef considers using soya or other veg base. Not sure what it was made of but it had no structure or consistency. Walking to the Chatel cable car was a little longer than expected
