+ Very good location, walking distance to madrisa cable car station. Very friendly staff and helpful. We forgot to bring milk for our daughter and the receptionist offered to help. Breakfast selection is good and healthy (fresh fruits, cereal, yogurt, cold cuts, scrammbled eggs).

-Breakfast is communicated from 7-10am. We arrived at 9.45 to the breakfast room and were greeted with “we need to lock this room at 10am you need to leave by then.” This made us very unconfortable, also as at this point we could not do anything about it or we were not informed about the very strict breakfast rules beforehand (e.g. at checkin). Usually until 10 for us means Hotel takes away the buffet, but you can still sit until 10.15-10.30. Staff was friendly so this seems like a management issue. Also we were not the only ones annoyed with this strict rule, people who arrived before us also could not understand why we were kicked out at 10.

Quet place. Beautiful view from valley on the mountines. Exiting watching the most quiet SUI red trains from the balkony ... passing the whole valley. Slovák manager give us welcome Drink. Motorbikes we parked Under the balkony on the safe place.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel was lovely, rooms very spacious and clean, excellent value for money. Excellent stay with our dog. Staff very helpful with parking. Very impressed for the price.

Not a huge issue (and wouldn’t stop me from staying again) but there are only a limited number of parking spaces at the hotel (I think 10) which are first come first served. We got the last space but this meant we were reluctant to take our car out again incase we lost it. However the staff explained that there is a public car park opposite which is quite spacious, but does charge. Might be better to allow guests to reserve a space so that they know they are guaranteed a space for the duration of the stay.

Breakfastbuffe with excellent bread/rolls and excellent Swiss cheeses & salami and much more ! Room with mountainview on the upper floor and very god bed. Free Davos/Klosters Premium Card with free bus/train in/between Klosters and Davos and much more !

Breakfastbuffe is small and with no boiled eggs and no Swiss Kirschmarmelade (cherry jam). No elevator and no Fridge in the room.

Great location close to Davos Dorf train station and ski bus. Short walk to bubble lift to Madrisa ski area. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast and good half board in the evening. Lovely mountain view.

Eco room was clean and warm with comfortable beds but basic. On the pricey side for what it is.

Everything is excellent. My only recommendation os if you wish to eat in the restaurant, book a space when you book the hotel. If it’s full, the hotel staff have friendly restaurants a short walk away that are also excellent

Hotel is very close to the train station and bus stop, (few minutes walk) so pretty convenient for getting to the other ski areas. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Don't expect modern rooms, but it had everything we needed, good size and it was all super clean. Breakfast was great and had lots of variety.

Nothing to complain, but if you're mainly going to ski in davos-klosters, you might want to consider a different location (klosters-platz). Then it's only a few minutes on the bus/train, that drops you off right at the gondola so really not a big thing.

Very nice clean property near to Klosters Dorf station and bus stops. Good breakfast.

A kettle in the room would be nice

The hotel is nicely situated with a view of Zurich and the lake. The single room was comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast choice was great and the staff very friendly.

The temperature in the breakfast room was too cold.
