There were so many great things about this place, I'm not sure where to start. The staff was always smiling, responsive, and happy to help with an query. The location was superb - right next to a picturesque stream, and a 5 minute walk to the train station and cable car. The on-site restaurant was very good; the rooms were cleaned very well and all supplies replenished every day. The swimming pool and sauna were nice and the sports massage that we arranged via the hotel was great as well. I can't think of a single thing that we wouldn't be happy with, and we're definitely coming back if we're ever in the area in the future.

The rooms are stunning. Brilliant location. Loved the fireplace in our room. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Great room service and food. Absolutely love this place. The breakfast is simple but has everything you need. Great to see healthy options for kids and no junk food. The staff are very friendly and always offering to help.

The swimming pool was cold. Needs to be heated especially in winter Their ski room could be presented nicer. It’s a bit shabby.

Hotels lovely laid out, places to sit a and chill downstairs so you dont have to just be in your room all the time. Great location in the town. Rooms are nice and spacious and overall the staff are great.

I wasnt blown away be the food in the restaurant. Maybe 6/10. Would i eat again in the restaurant if i went back, no. better outside to find something. Pillows on the bed arent great. No different to most hotels though. In our own homes we have supportive pillows. The Breakfast had a good array of food. I had breakfast 3 times and i found the staff half a sleep when speaking to them. Unwilling to ask if you wanted anything, everytime we had to go find someone to ask if we could have food off the menu. Seemed like they needed maybe another 1-2 people in there to ensure the service is better.

We were overjoyed at arriving at this hotel after our previous hotel was such a letdown. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The room we booked was enormous, modern and had everything we could have wished for. The view from our balcony overlooking the river was splendid and peaceful. The pool at the spa was lovely and I timed it perfectly to have it all to myself on my visits. The hotel is located in a perfect spot for exploring. Breakfast was full of choices and very plentiful. The major letdown for us was the restaurant for the evening meals, which was just food served in the bar area and the veggie burger was a real letdown. We would have thought that a hotel of this standard would have offered a bit of fine dining in the evening and is a real missed opportunity. Such a shame we couldn’t enjoy dinner at the hotel and had to book elsewhere.

We didn’t like the fact that dinner was only offered in the bar area and didn’t offer a great choice of dishes.

We arrived in pouring rain but the warm welcome we received at reception made us feel instantly glad we booked this hotel - it's amazing! The rooms are large but cosy and the pine scented toiletries smelt So good! It felt like Christmas in June! The food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff are super attentive and friendly. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the restaurant and they were possibly our favourite meals in Switzerland. The spa was perfect for our wet weather day in Klosters. I would 100% stay here again!

The WiFi could be a bit slow at times

The location was very central, the rooms were also great. The reception staff were particularly accommodating and helpful.

The restaurant staff were below standard. We were a party of 14, so were willing to overlook the fact that they forgot two starters at dinner, however they then forgot three main courses that were only served once every one else had finished eating. There was no apology, nor was anything offered in compensation.

Everything was perfect — the staff, the room, and the restaurant. Breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options and some truly delicious cheese. Dining on the terrace in the evening was a lovely experience as well. I’ll definitely come back! The location is ideal for exploring the Davos area. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Highly recommended.

The hotel is great. Very convenient, comfortable and clean. The alpine decor is so beautiful. The prices are high but it was worthy. The staff could be nicer. One example, I asked the person in the front desk how to get to Jacobshorn which is one of the Klosters ski areas and I got a wrong answer. That was not very disappointing.

Position is excellent and the room was very large and comfortable with a lovely view. Charming staff and an excellent car park.

Children in the room next door woke up at 6am and screamed a lot. The rooms are quiet but not soundproofed and having 3 small children in the room next door was a nuisance.

The rooms are beautiful, a real Chalet feeling with the authentic furniture. Location is just perfect close to the train station, shops and restaurants and also the ski lift. Beautiful walks nearby. It was snowing so it was just the perfect place to be at Christmas time.

I was really happy with everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
