I stayed here with my two teens in February '25 for skiing (at Parsenn/Gotschna). The location and facilities were exactly as advertised on the web site. The room was simple, but comfortable, quiet, and very clean - we all slept very well. The personnel was extremely friendly and helpful, even adapting the breakfast spread to my son's unusual tastes (much appreciated, that!). We would happily return.

A common area where guests can relax with their own snacks and beverages would be nice.

Excellent location for cross country skiing. Less than 5 minutes walk to the tracks. Also very close to the center of village and train station! Super helpful staff (although not available at all times). Beautiful views from the windows.

Just the perfect place for us- small and cosy, spotlessly clean, very warm, friendly staff and a good location. Breakfast was substantial and bedroom was warm and inviting .

Our room was really comfortable with warm duvet. The breakfast / relaxing room upstairs is fantatic with nice choice of teas and other drinks and snacks. The hotel location is central but not in the busy part of town. It is close to the sports center and the cross country skiing.

The hotel is located at a walking distance from both the cross country trails and the ski lifts. There are parking spaces just outside. The breakfast was very nice and the owner Michaela very friendly. After coming back from skiing there was a ”self service” for drinks and snacks, which could be charged to the room or paid by Twint. Very convenient.

Very welcoming, comfortable room, beautifully kept. Breakfast was wonderful. All highly recommended. I have stayed in many places in Klosters over the years and this was the nicest

Amazing breakfast, exceptional staff, good value for money, all around thoughtful, not over-the-top fancy but very tastefully decorated. Books and paper newspaper! We hope to return.

The rooms are quite sparse but that was ok for us.

Good location, easy to get into town with a short walk.

Check in times were a little inflexible - would have liked to have at least been able to drop luggage off before the check in time.
