We know the town well and chose Alpina for its location first and foremost, which is excellent. Breakfast was solid, and staff helpful. We did have dinner there a couple of times, and this was nice too. The pool area seems nice enough based on the one time we used it, but was a bit smelly. As always, the vibe in Alpina of an afternoon/evening is great, with the characterful live singer helping things along. Ski/boot room was good and easy to access.

Other visitors's comment about noise are valid, in our case you could hear a lot of clattering and plumbing noises after 9pm for a while, presumably as people were going to bed. Oddly we couldn't hear any voices, so it seems to be more structural/utilities than thin walls between bedrooms. It seemed like housekeeping were regularly spraying bedroom pillows with Fabreze or similar, which was really strong smelling and sometimes a touch damp. Bedroom lighting was inexplicably poor. The staff kindly organised another floor lamp but it was still too dark.

Unbelievably convenient location. Across the street from the train station and a little further to the tram. Nice room with a balcony- lots of storage for ski gear and clothing in the room. Good black out curtains and exterior blinds. Great singer in the bar in the evening- nice outdoor tables for Apres.

The only thing I didn’t care for was the lack of a headboard- there was a shelf behind the bed- that the pillows would land on, no way to sit up in bed.

The room itself was spotlessly clean and the staff did an amazing job keeping it clean for the whole week. The bed was really comfy and the shower was really powerful. The room size was impressive even for being the standard double. The location was great, right opposite the train station and the ski gondola. The staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Really friendly helpful staff, Very comfortable room and bed, My room was very quiet (although some in the other part of the hotel reported to be a bit noisy) good breakfast. Nice bar/lounge area and cocktails good but expensive & slightly limited repertoire. Frequent bar karaoke may not be to everyone’s taste. Very Close to train station and cable car.

We found out very late during our stay that you can get a guest card for the area, so that you can e.g. go on the train to Davos at no charge etc. This card was not mentioned to us and it was up to us to find out - after having bought expensive train tickets to Davos

The hotel provided every means for a quiet rest and to enjoy the facilities. The location of it could not be better. The privilege travel card issued by the hotel for the duration of our stay was very useful.

The grill restaurant can do with a few more dishes on the menu.

The hotel is super comfortable (mattress is amazing!) with very friendly staff who always have a smile on their face. Location is perfect for skiers and the breakfast buffet is heaven.

The swimming pool is more of a "gimmick" as it is very small and not really made for swimming but rather "bathing" and relaxing. The ski boot warmers were on for a too limited time so our boots were still wet-ish the following day.

The hotel is conveniently located at the center of Kloster opposite the station. Is beautifully renovated, has an great wellness area and the offer excellent breakfast. We also had dinner there the first night, both food and service were excellent.

The owner was extremely kind, and couldn't have been more helpful. Very good breakfast. Large bedroom looking over the mountains, bed very comfortable. Lovely large bathroom, towels soft. Lovely balcony from the bedroom. Decor of the hotel was very warm and well decorated. Excellent location, very central.

Hotel is very central, directly apposite the train station and the Gotschnabahn. Great breakfast with a lot of choices. They do now provide a Premium Card for Klosters, allowing you to take the train and busses in the area.
