Restaurant staff was SUPER friendly, caring, and kind. The bed was extremely comfy, and everything was REALLY clean. At night, there are ZERO noises, and the hotel is perfectly located for MARVELOUS walks in both directions of the Engadin valley. The spa area is cozy and accessible without prior reservation.

Although the food was fine overall, it could have had a little more flavour: the olives on the pizza and the truffles on the pasta were both surprisingly bland.

Location is perfect set between the many lakes along the valley. Although central to hiking sites it is nice and quiet and there are several other hotels offering meal options if you need a change. Having said that Cervo’s Ricardo restaurant is excellent with very good personal service from the professional wait team and a good, varied menu. We ate there 3 out of 4 meals and enjoyed them all. The breakfast offering is exceptional - meats, cheeses, fresh fruit, bacon and eggs, yoghurt and a good coffee machine. Our standard room was easily big enough for our travel bags and the bathroom quite large with big rectangular shower. Heated towel rail perfect for drying bits and pieces😊. Re the parking. We asked for reserved parking as there are only 5-6 spaces out front. We were given a swipe card for the underground parking less than 100m away. Which is right next to the Info centre (also very good with lots of maps and lovely young lady with ex. English). Nett Cost per day was around €5. With your hotel booking you also get a swipe card each for the Furtschellas Cablecar nearby saving I think €30ea and this also acts as a bus pass down to as far as Pontresina. I highly recommend this hotel. ALSO, there is a covered terrace on floor 5 that no one appears to use. It’s fabulous. 360deg glass views and really comfy chairs. Terrific for pre dinner drinks or simply reading a book in the sun, should you have the time!

The location was great, within walking distance from the main city centre, beautiful walks everywhere.

We were in a room with a shared terrace for smokers. So when you leave the window open, and someone from the bedroom next door is smoking outside, all the smoke would come into our room. That was really annoying, even my dog started coughing. We should be given the option of non-smoking rooms, but I can also understand if they are putting dog reservations on the 1st floor.

The room was good and clean. The breakfast was good and tasty. Location was wonderful and there were lovely walks in the area.

We booked to eat in the restaurant. The young lady serving us was fantastic, but there was a problem with undercooked food. The waitress agreed with us and took the food away. Then her older colleague came over to us and very rudely stated that the food was what we had ordered. I explained that we'd ordered medium cooked beef burgers and they were raw. She curtly informed us that that was how they did them there. If the restaurant is going to use English terms then they must cook to English standards! The younger waitress was very embarrassed and the people at the table next to us shocked by this woman's attitude, which was totally unacceptable.

- Big room but scarcely furnished (wish there would have been a couch or a set of comfy seats in the room) - Not very attentive staff - had to fetch a high chair for the kids by myself for breakfast and tell them to fill up juice and water for the coffee machine - too warm in the rooms at night - had to leave a window open

Room ia very comfortable, good breakfast and friendly staff. They understand their parking limitations and they were very helpful to make it the least annoying as possible. Good valuable package for lift pass. And staff at the reception were super helpful to us

The parking is indeed an issue (as many other reviews pointed out), but they make an effort to offset that. Location is ok, but not the most convenient. You do need a car. 10min drive from St Moritz and not a super easy walk to the lift at Sils, but manageable

Staying at this hotel was a highlight in our backpack trip across Europe. Not only was it quiet and very clean but the views were spectacular, walking trails to the lake were right outside the front doors and the hotel restaurant had the best pizza we’ve had on our whole trip. We only had to take one bus from the train station in St Moritz and it was easy to Navigate. That same bus took us into Italy the following day right from the same drop off point.

The room was very nicely furnished. It was bright and airy. There was enough storage space. The bed was comfortable. It was nicely located. I liked walking to the lake from there. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits. It was self service.

The shower cabin door wasn’t closing properly.

amazing property, clean, nice amenities, good breakfast buffet, high quality in-house restaurant , efficient checkin/checkout, extremely friendly staff (btw. all fluent in German/Swiss German, Italian, English and Romantsch (and many more))! What we loved most about the hotel was the cozy rooftop (indoor and outdoor) for nice pictures but also for watching a movie or so during a cold night.

it’s a bit of a lottery if you get a parking in front of the hotel or not. perfect if you get one, otherwise you’ll need to go to a underground parking lot for 12 CHF/night (but at least you’ll get a badge from the hotel so you can move in and out of the parking lot as many times as you like without paying extra).
