Beautiful Alpine Lodge, you know you’re in a beautiful lodge when you can still smell the wood. The most friendly accommodating staff thats were so genuine and happy to be working at this lodge. You can tell that they really have a lot of pride and happiness working here. Restaurant, service and the food was exceptional! Spa was perfect, not over the top but the simplicity makes it calming. Room was calm and welcoming. A couple of welcome gifts on the bed were a lovely touch. The use of a small pack to use whilst out and about hiking in our room was very convenient and useful.

This place was by far my favorite to stay at. The staff was great. They explained the hiking trails and even walked you to your room. My room was fantastic! The balcony was amazing with views even in the rain. They offered so many freebies and more. Dinner and lunch tasted great and typical prices. Grocery right across the street if you wanted to cook. Free sauna was fantastic and really relaxing. Was never too many people there. Loved the smell of the shower gel as well. I honestly can’t wait to come back here and stay longer.

The property is very clean and many details are very well thought through - a backpack in the closet in case you forget your own; a small purse. We were received with a wonderful welcome drink in the restaurant, which is also very good. The bed is wonderful - we had very good sleep.

We had some slight noise from the restaurant but since it closes in time this should not worry you. It you are an early and slight sleeper maybe ask for a room further down the hallways.

Best receptionist briefing ever on the tours and attractions and how to reach them. The reception knows the region very well and is able to brief you on every wish you have. Very wttentive and supportive staff. Conrad is personally cooking breakfasts. Everyone is friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was super clean. The very friendly staff went out of their way to make sure that we had everything we needed. The receptionist sat us down upon arrival, offered us a welcome drink, and advised us on activities that we could do in the area. They even gave us passes to use on area trams and public transport. That saved us a bunch of money. The included breakfast was excellent and the pizza they have for dinner was one of the best we have had. We wished we could have spent more time there. We will be back for sure.

The hotel, the decoration, the room, all the lovely and sweet staff, the environment, the view are all super excellent. One of the best choice I ever made in my life. Thank you for everything. Thank you for the memory
