Highly recommended! overall are great! since we arrived at the hotel, staff’s are polite, accommodating and informative. We are happy and lucky because they upgraded our room. It’s nice and beautiful, the beds are so comfortable with unlimited Wifi and a bit bigger television for free access to login your own YouTube/Netflix accounts. I love the bathroom/washroom especially the classy toilet, the basic amenities included the shampoo and body/hand wash which is nature’s best. The beverages are also nice too (coffees,creamers,teas) and they have a welcome note with fruits. Their dining buffet restaurant that offers a healthy breakfast was absolutely perfect for every guest’s. And the most fabulous services in their property amenities are the swimming pool,pool spa, fitness center and the free gaming lounge that everyone can use to enjoy and play. The property location was accessible.

The hotel was lovely and we had a large room with a king sized bed and updated features for the bathroom. The staff were all very kind and accommodating. They let us store our luggage while we met up with friends who live locally and provided umbrellas for us on a rainy day. They also helped us to get a taxi to the high speed rail station.

We would have liked the pool, sauna, steam room, etc. to be open in the morning rather than the afternoon. We didn’t get to use these amenities as much as we would have liked to because of the limited hours. Also because breakfast was not included and the time to use the amenities was limited I didn’t feel that the price for the stay was quite worth it.

Good range of breakfast. I don't eat meat so there are options of fish or seafood. The breakfast is very much influenced by Japanese food, so if you are a Japanese food lover you'll enjoy this very much. The room is spacious, they even upgraded my room, so I have a pantry with a large fridge, cooking utensils, and electric stove (i did not use it though), and a microwave. There is a drinking water fountain in each floor and a large jar is provided so you can fill in with water at your convenience. Large working table which i need to do my work and large windows with city view. The room has a shower and bathtub, automatic toilet (plus point), and air purifier. The fruits are left every day so that is nice too. And yea, you can keep your luggage even after you check out because i was going for a meeting and came back after check out time so I kept my luggage before I went to Taipei. Overall, You get what you pay.

Can you change the menu for non meat on daily basis? I had grill mackerel two days in a row.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful from beginning to end of our stay. The deluxe room was way more space than we need with an extra study/living area. The fruits in main entrance area is a nice touch. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Buffet breakfast was very abundant - too abundant with the option to have beef boodle soup that early in the morning? Overall, very lovely stay and would definitely return in the future and recommend to others.

We loved how the hotel has a swimming pool and gym, but a bit unfortunate they're only open from 3pm on weekdays.

The location is excellent; you can walk to the bustling areas of Hsinchu. Free parking is available.

The design of this hotel features an atrium that extends from the ground floor to the top floor, with rooms on each level surrounding it. As a result, the echo is quite strong, and even with the room door tightly closed, sounds from outside can still be heard.

Very soft comfortable bed, most unusual for Asian hotels. Every table in the breakfast area was equipped with 3 chairs and 1 highchair, so this hotel definitely caters to families with small children. We were there on a long weekend, so there were a lot of families in the rooftop indoor pool, but probably less of an issue on regular days. Underground parking appears plentiful as parking on the street would probably be impossible. Lots of breakfast choices. Several restaurants across the street. Staff super friendly. Highly recommended.

Rooms are very spacious. there was a small pool, a well stocked indoor playground for little kids and a basic gym. Breakfast spread was pretty good. there were restaurants and a big supermarket nearby

some bedrooms were dated and some parts ie the bathroom walls had mould growing in the grouts. water pressure was also weak. also, to use the pool, you had to wear swim caps so that was quite a bummer. the window-less rooms are quite depressing after a while.

The room was clean, Bed is bery comfortable, The CR is very cozy

That the Pool is only available in the Afternoon (3-10pm).. we didnt enjoy the Pool area, The pool is the reason why we choose the Hotel but we didnt enjoy it ... we are sad but about it.

We really loved the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable .The pool was just perfect, and the breakfast was delicious.

Maybe it would be good to make the stairs useable, so people don't need to wait 5 minutes to get from one floor to the next. Also another place to change clothes at the pool would be nice.
