We got the family deluxe, and the photo is outdated. When we arrived, it looked a bit more modern than the photos, so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were great. The cleaning lady was kind, the front desk people were always kind, and the man who opened the elevator for us was kind. The location is amazing. Exploring each road was so fun and exciting.

The beds are a little hard, but we got used to it. We got a view of other buildings and some of the sky, but that did not matter to us, but I bring it up in case it matters to you. You will hear construction at around 10 or 11.

Excellent location, walking distance to the train station and the main attractions. Lovely staff, albeit non English speaker. Buffet breakfast for an extra $200 pp, which I did not use. My room was large and clean with a balcony. A bit old fashion but well maintained. Bathtub and Japanese toilet in the bathroom. Good value for money.

English speaking staff would be a plus.

The room was very affordable. The staff was really helpful. I enjoyed my stay very much. I got good sleep because of the quietness. I will tell others about my experience here.

Everything was okay. I can't say I had any problems with the hotel. It was in a great location. It was near coffee shops and other eateries. Also, the police station was nearby.

The staff was nice. But they don't speak English well so be aware. But they try to accommodate your requests and help you with whatever is needed. Very clean. Great value for money.

Location is quite convenient and near to food & shopping. Staffs are friendly and helpful, assist to safekeep the room keys at the reception to prevent loss when the guests went out.

I personally like the location and the silence during our stay. It is near the train station but not crowded even its sorrounded by many stores. A nice ambiance for my intimate engagement proposal and ITS A BIG YES! From my fiancée.🥰🥰🥰
