I stayed here several nights due to the pricepoint (at those occasions).The staff is really friendly and helpful and there is a breakfirst included, but one should be aware it's a chinese one and not a western style one, meaning it's more like a lunch/dinner than a traditional western style breakfast, (if that matters to you). The location is just next to the trainstation and it's walkingdistance to most places of interest.
The hotel is a bit run-down, would definetly gain some from a renovation. And as always here in Taiwan, is the mattress to hard (for my taste), but it is all a question of personal preference.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, such a wonderful people. Breakfast included in the price. The location is in walkingdistance of the most interesting places to visit (in my oponion). Can't recommend them enough.
