I have stayed here a few times over the years and it is always amazing. The beds are very comfortable and private. The showers are hot and have good pressure. The owner is very kind and helpful and really makes sure the guests are taken care of. Just a 10 minute walk from the train station and surrounded by plenty of places to eat. This will always be my go-to hostel when I’m in Hualien.

The location was great, and the hostel itself was modern with a nice shared kitchen/lounge. The pod beds were well designed, clean and very comfortable. The owner was very kind and helpful.

There were only three minor issues I had with the property. First of all there are only 2 bathrooms between many guests so there is often a wait to use the toilet. Second the communal areas could definitely have been cleaner eg the floor was quite dirty and hadn’t been swept in a while. Finally the button to unlock the female dormitory was a bit glitchy and sometimes had to be pressed multiple times to get the door to open, which could be a fire hazard. However I would definitely stay here again and really enjoyed my time at the hostel.

It doesn't have parking for cars but in booking.com says it has, It doesn't have laundry. Its a bit far away from the center.

A pleasant stay at Hualien before departing to Taipei. It's walking distance from Hualien station & laundry store. The staff is friendly and patient in answering our inquiries prior to the arrival and provides taxi booking to the night market as well.

I have stayed at multiple hostels in Taiwan, I would say this hostel’s sleeping area is the most comfortable. Is super single air with room to put stuff and is very clean. Staff is polite and explains in detail.

Maybe add a mat to dry the feet at the level 2 toilet.

Location is good, quiet and not far from train station. Room is also good, small but cozy.

There are hair on the ground in bathrooms, especially at the second floor. Pillow is a bit too soft. Overall it’s good experience to stay. Recommend it.

The lounge has open hours (8:00-23:00), so the travelers can sleep well without being annoyed.

Perfect value for money. Plus, the staff's willingness to help is exceptional. My friend had a motorcycle accident and handling the paperwork, repair service, etc. would have been much more difficult without the staff's help.
