spacious room with two single beds, clean and tidy bathroom, friendly staffs who is ready to be helpful. Really appreciated the cares and attention paid by the security when we came back in the evening.

Lot more improvement required on coffee (at the lobby) and breakfast. Many options for breakfast however more work need to be done on the taste. Restaurant staffs seemed to be quite nervous maybe the manager was checking their works all the time which was quite annoying to watch.

Large comfortable room and a welcoming spacious lobby. The staff really tried to help as much as possible. The breakfast was also good. There are a small number of restaurants within walking distance.

The location means you have to use taxis or hire a car. It seems impossible for foreigners even with an international driving license to rent scooters but cars are Ok. The staff made the phone call to book the rental for us.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel is relatively new and very well furnished. It’s also exceptionally clean and room is large and comfortable. The hotel provides bicycles for free rental to guests too.

The hotel is close to perfection. A small quibble might be the location but it’s still central enough to walk to most places.

The hotel was nice, clean and has friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable. The on site laundry works better than most places I’ve stayed at and the indoor gym has everything you need for staying in shape while traveling.

The coffee shop sells itself as a Starbucks but it’s really just an automatic coffee machine. This is fine but the price didn’t really match what it was.

A very nice hotel with a great ambience. Staff was accommodating and the room was very spacious. wifi worked well and I thought the breakfast was really good. Not many western food options but still plentiful. A little far from the bus and train station but still walkable, The bus station has the times for the bus to Taroko Gorge. What a fantastic place to visit.

Very pleased with the helpful and courteous staff. Also the room was very clean as well as the other facilities. There was also a Starbucks in the lobby which was a nice way to start the morning. I've stayed in many places in Taiwan and this place was definitely the best in value and service.

From check-in the process was a pleasure. Staff were helpful. The room was big with a huge window. We were given the exact room we asked for. The bed was comfortable and facilities satisfactory. The breakfast was decent.

Modern hotel with great facilities. Breakfast spread was excellent, offering both western and chinese dishes. Room was good sized and bed is very comfortable. Situated along a road that has many eating places.

Carpark entrance was behind the hotel and was difficult to find. Parking lots were limited.

Good impression about Ramada Encore by Wyndham Hualien Hotel at first sight while we were approaching, the concierge patiently guided us the entrance of parking lot, Front desk served professional check-in process, the room is spacious, cozy, clean with good layout thus our personal belongings could be well organized. Bed is moderate soft for having a good and long sleep after one day Tarogo gorge hiking 😊 not mentioned gorgeous breakfast served for having a good start of city exploration. Good connection for the free hi-speed Wifi providing in room.

It's a good location so you can stroll to lots of places including the night market. Quiet and clean. Great staff. Breakfast is typical Chinese style which is OK for me.
