Suprisingly big room and real bathroom (as in a seperate room and no glass cubicle!) with the window overlooking the neighborhood. Car and scooter parking available. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. One somewhat bigger Family Mart is nearby and there is a very modern and well-functioning laundromat shop directly across the hotel.

Location not great, no public transportation to speak of. While a bus is technically available, it just didn't adhere to the timetable posted. Best to get around via scooter when staying here. Smoking area not in front but at the back where it's not too bright at night. Trash pickup song can be heard from the street during lengthy trash pickups (those yellow trucks).

Lovely little hotel in the centre of Hualien, the staff are very friendly and there’s even free snacks, water and coffee available at the reception. The room itself was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. It came with a kettle and some tea, clean, bedding and towels and the Aircon worked well. The Internet was exceptionally fast and I was able to work online, the rooms were very soundproof.

Location was good and fairly central in Hualien. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with our requests. The room was also very clean and well kept. Overall, the stay was well worth what we paid for.

It took a long time for hot water to be dispensed from the faucet and shower. We ended up having to wait a few minutes for hot water to become available. The blankets for the queen beds were also quite small and didn't provide enough coverage for 2 people.

The staff is very friendly and definitely highlights your stay with them! We booked the rooms few weeks ago before our stay, we request to cancel due to the road going to Hualian was closedown and earthquake was just happened few days ago before our stay (raining season). The staff refunded the fees without making difficulties for us (the rooms we booked doesn’t come with free cancellation) We have changed our plan not to visit Hualian, however the weather was good and we decided to go ahead to visit Hualian and we have book the hotel again. Thumbs up to the staff (小姐姐☺️）！We feels welcomed and the rooms is great.

We had a nice and comfortable stay at this hotel. Room was nice, spacious and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Staff at reception was friendly. You can park your car which is nice. Location is nice.

Not many outlets, but that was everywhere in Taiwan.

Free car park at the rear so it's perfect for self-drive travellers. Free coffee and tea at the lobby but only until 10pm. There's a coin-operated laundrette right opposite the hotel so that's convenient.

Clean and comfortable room. Easy check in and extension of stay. Nice staff. Great that we could leave our bikes in the foyer overnight and during the day - this was super convenient and didn’t have to worry about them.

The hotel is in a good location and has everything you need.

The parking lot is quite small and when you arrive late, there's no space left.

Room was pleasant with window of mountain view. There is a 24hrs laundromat & local breakfast take-out opposite hotel & Family Mart just at the junction. Staff is very approachable & polite. Great attitude.

It's a long walk from Hualien train station. However, it's ok as we took a taxi for checkout. Price was NTD150 using taxi meter.

Opposite laundromat, close to many breakfast shops as well. Walkable distance from Dongdamen, with bus station available as well. They provide free drinks and snacks before 10pm.

Didn’t provide enough body soap and shampoo, had to request for extra, no big deal though.
