The staff have been very helpful throughout the stay, even beyond my expectations by providing help with trains to arrive in town, due to the typhoon. Bikes are also available for free, very handy to round the town. Finally, the hotel provides a taxi to drive you back to the train station when you leave. Awesome! The location is vdry central but in a small lane that ensures quietness at night, but all entertainment is very near, at walkable distances! I would definitely book here again if I come back

We LOVED our stay here. The room was so big and spacious and so was the bed. Large TV in the room too and lovely bathroom. Water provided daily (if you choose to get the room cleaned). The staff are so extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Hotel breakfast is sufficient - different everyday almost, but they always have veggies, some form of eggs, steamed buns, rice and teas. There were two days while we stayed where hotel breakfast wasn’t available & they provided everyone with 4 choices of restaurants to eat in instead, with vouchers of the total value of breakfast provided, to use there. Mini fridge, hairdryer & kettle in the room. There are mosquito blinds you can pull across the windows in the room, so that you can leave the windows open all the time. Situated in a quiet area, yet walkable to everywhere. Less than ten mins to the night market. Highly highly recommend this hotel on your visit to Hualien. They even paid for our taxi from the station which is superb service

Excellent familly-run hotel in Hualien. At first glance, it looks a bit far from the train station (30 minutes by foot), but this is mainly due to the train station being located somehow on the outskirts of Hualien. The hotel is very close to the night market as well as restaurants and shops located downtown Hualien. The room was spacious more than adequate, with a huge bed, nice shower, free amenities and spotless clean. Free bikes provided to the guests. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They even provide free shuttle to/from the train station if they are being informed in advance. Otherwise, a taxi is around 140 Taiwanese dollars. Overall, it was a very good accommodation option and I would stay there again, should I come back to Hualien.

The staff at this hotel were everything , they were so warm, kind and thoughtful to our needs. Thank you so much Miss Vicky and bonny Liu, who were the most hard working, staying up late to accommodate our check-in. Always with a smile and answering our questions so patiently. Also the hotel has laundry which was a huge plus ( but please keep in mind that the dryer takes a long time /or we didn't figure out how to make it work quicker).. The first day we were given coupons for breakfast at a shop near by. Oh my goodness, it was the most delicious scallion pancake we have ever eaten and the lady who runs the stall was so very nice and kind to us. Apart from that, the hotel is clean, calm and 5 minutes or less walk to a bus stop, and all the restaurants etc. We thank the staff for their generosity and kindness. We will come back to stay here next time.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, well located, and reasonably.priced. The management and staff are incredible, and deserve an award. They treat guests very well. Highly recommended.

The location is close to the commercial street and within walking distance to Dongdaemun Night Market. The room is clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and considerate. I will stay here again in the future. My only suggestion is about breakfast. It is recommended that the kitchen replenish food in time. On the last day of the stay, there was not much food left at 9:15 in the morning. It took several times to replenish it. Breakfast ended at 10 o'clock.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was big and fairly comfortable. Breakfast is very good, but not always available. Meal vouchers were provided for nearby restaurants though. On site guest laundry is a great bonus, and the location is very good, although a bit far from the train station.

Slow internet and short beds lowered my rating. Shower area is surprisingly small for how unusually big the bathroom is.

The hotel is in excellent condition for a 3-star hotel. The staff were very helpful and the premises were kept very clean. It's about a 10 minute walk from Dongdamen Night Market. The breakfast buffet was probably one of the best in Taiwan. There's plenty of options at the breakfast buffet and it tastes just like home cooking according to my Taiwanese mom.

very helpful and friendly staff. rooms are very spacious and clean. comfy beds, quiet, safe. they even offer self-service laundry for free and from free shuttle service to and from train station.you can also walk which will take you around 40mins but worth to get familiar with the city. breakfast is great and hotel is nearby the biggest night market I've ever been to!
