It is my first time in Kaohsiung. This hotel is under renovation, locating in the centre of city. All are clean & tidy. By introduction of Sanrio, it makes this hotel young & shiny. The receptionist, Ma. Emma Wong shows her professionalism, trying to settle my problem on early getting up and go for long drive to Taichung, thanks again for her patience and efforts

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel. There were some booking issues with our reservation and they upgraded us for free to even better rooms. The rooms were great with outstanding views. The only problem was the moisture level was high in both rooms and we had to request dehumidifiers to clean the air. They delivered the dehumidifier very fast and that was a plus. The breakfast was luxurious and we are very satisfied with our stay. Will definitely book again.

The location is very nice, and the department store is adjacent to the hotel, so if you want to go shopping, it is within proximity. There is a local night market within walking distance for Taiwanese food, but the big night market near the Love River will need taxi to get there. The staff is very knowledgeable about the location and what to do around.
Do shop around for package deal. I booked this on booking.com without realizing that they were having a promotion for taking the cruise to the port and other things included. So it's a bit pricey compared to the deal my sister got from their website

This five-star hotel has a great location. Brand name shops downstairs. lots of good restaurants upstairs and a food court downstair. We love it. The view of the harbor is wonderful! All the staff are very friendly and helpful. in 2 block is a new street train. easy to get around. The spa is wonderful and relaxing.
the bed has no form. i think it killed my back.

Everything about this hotel, was to a very high standard. My favourite parts was the spa, the facilities were one of the best I have ever used. The top floor has a buffet lounge, which was absolutely amazing, an incredible selection of foods from all across asia was presented. The staff were so nice, and helpful.

I loved the sauna and spa facilities. Hot and cold plunges. Wow! Amazing. The view from our room on the 36th floor was fantastic.
Our room was right next to the elevator bank, and it was pretty audible. The mattress was okay, not great.

First time I've given a 10 on Booking.com. Absolutely nothing to complain about when it comes to this hotel.
I guess, if anything, I wish the water in the shower could get a little hotter, but I like to scald myself so I don't really hold that against the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. 10 minute walk to Central Park, the MTR and local shops and restaurants. Hotel has its own lovely dining too as well as a great swimming pool. Rooms are large and well equipped.
