Really great location just next to the railway station. The room is ok. The lockers don't have enough space for the whole backpack but ok for a notebook or so. They have a free event at 21 which is great to interact with others. The bed was comfortable.

The shower was in the toilet and everything gets wet when someone is using it. The light does not go off completely and if you have the upper bunk bed there will be some light throughout the whole night as it is open at the top. I did have some problems with the Wifi though. It has multiple networks and sometimes I had to switch as one was not working.

Absolutely the best and most thoughtful hostel I've stayed in from my years of visiting Taiwan! The owner knows what backpackers need, especially towards those who don't understand Mandarin. All the signs and notices are in English. Cute little cards in bilingual about different popular destinations in Tainan, making transportation for foreigners in Taiwan a tad bit easier. Very thoughtful! There are also free activities each night, and I had so much fun learning how to roast your own coffee beans and also make some friends along the way. The owner would also provide lots of good tips and suggestions for visiting Tainan, so don't miss out on the 1st night like I did. Location, location, location. Can't get better location than right next to train station. And it is very funny that the entrance is inside a convenient store, watching shoppers wondering about this mysteries orange door of hostel gave me quite a chuckle. IONIC HAIR DRYER IS A GOD SEND!! My messy short hair can finally have 2 good days during my trip lol. Free washing machine with detergent provided, and NTD$50 for dryer. Shampoo and shower gel are also provided. Fridge, coffee machines, free tea bags, free simple breakfast. I feel like got way more than I paid for. Bunk bed with curtains, personal lockers , lockable dorm room, separate bathroom for ladies and gents. Earplugs, toothbrush and towel for NTD$20 if needed. 10 out of 10 would stay here again next time I visit Tainan!

Could be a bit noisy from the traffic as it is located in the hub of Tainan, but nothing a pair of earplugs can't block out.

This hostel has a very best location. Right next to Tainan TRA station. The family mart is just below on the G floor - so you have 24h food to fill your tummy. (Although street food and night market are better choices) The bed is comfy. The staff is very nice! Even though I cananot speak Mandarin, he tried his best to help us and is very helpful.

The shared bathroom is not very clean, but is an acceptable level for the price :)

The staff is really friendly, and almost every night have free activities. The convince is unbelievable... I can't imagine I only living within 10 meters to Tainan Station, but I came here in high speed train... What a pity. By the way, although it is near to train station, I don't think it noisy at all.

The location was superb, just west of Tainan Railway Station. You enter through the FamilyMart, and the staff are friendly. The place has great facilities and they also offer an extra activity for visitors at 9 PM, which is really cool!

Outside the station, there are many beggars—if you offer them food, they often ask for more, haha. Also, it's best to avoid the underground subway

It's just right next to the station, and so convenient. The breakfast is toast with a variety jam, so normal that don't have much expectation XDD. It's pretty quiet tho it's near the station. Besides, the space in the room is so big that u can put a large luggage inside. Highly recommend!

The ring bell seems broken and the door won't open right away(u have to wait for a second). If u lose the key, it would cost u $300..

Every night there is an activity by the reception - which is very nice (unfortunately I’m not fluent in Chinese) The beds are comfortable, have curtains, sockets and a lamp. The rooms aren’t too cold but there are a couple of fans

Only down pint is the bathroom, which doesn’t have an extra shower but is just a room with toilet and shower - so every time someone showers everything is flooded

The staff is super friendly and they try to include guests in activities such as roasting coffee beans. There is a small kitchen where you can cook, a common room if you want to relax or eat, and there is water and tea/coffee available. Even though the breakfast is simple, I really enjoyed it as there are a variety of toppings for the toast.

The location is perfect, just near by the train station. The host was kind and patient. The bedroom was clean with bed cartoons. It offers slippers, shampoo and body wash. They also provide simple breakfast for free (although only toast and jams, but fits the price)

Due to its location, might be a little bit noisy during the night (sounds from trains and traffic...etc) Without separated bathrooms.

I really liked the evening activities (making a key ring in leather, desserts) Great staff taking care of us always a smile 😃 And also a little quirky having the entrance door inside a Family Mart Thanks for the information about how finding the place with photos 👍

I think the whole place need a little TLC new colours and so….
