Very close to the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was quite comfortable.

The room was somewhat run-down. Otherwise enjoyable stay. We understand its not the hotel's fault but the beach was full of rubbish.

Good location, spacious and clean rooms. Beach was nice. Walking distance to restaurants and shops, and there was a direct bus to Taipei right outside the hotel. We are very happy with our stay.

Breakfast was clearly not meant for westerners, but was ok.

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. The hotel also reduced single use plastic waste and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. Overall the place and the area is really nice.

It would be nice if the breakfast included more protien selection but despite this there were lots of options and delicious food still ☺️.

On arrival, we thought we'd arrived at a Taiwanese version of Fawlty Towers - but the high floors (15th), and the spacious rooms with wrap-around sea views were simply lovely. The buffet breakfast was excellent too. Really a very nice place to stay!

The room was okay, only 2 chairs and a small table in a four presons room.

The musty smell in the room and corridor carpet is very serious and must be improved! The food in the restaurant is good, but the hardware environment needs to be strictly updated. The service attitude of the staff is very good, but the clothing and personnel training need to be improved. Please work hard! I will stay here next year and see if there is any improvement!
